Weekend warriors and Dartanion Allen took over $7000 from me for an engine rebuild on my 2007 Toyota Seqouia he. Ruined my truck by putting a bad engine in and insisting he get paid for his labor or I can’t have my vehicle back he said my vehicle was finished pay me I had to have my truck towed to Toyota were they told me my heads were still blown And it would cost over $12000 to rebuild my engine Beware Beware beware Sketchy business ethics and customers satisfaction he didn’t care he just wanted his labor he worked but repaired nothing the truck was trash I won a court case and now he has appealed and now I am still in court this is my experience with weekend warriors and Dartanion Allen

I rarely write online reviews, but the service I received from this mechanic was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to share. After multiple conversations, cancellations, and rescheduling, I brought my Audi A4 in for what should have been a straightforward set of services—transmission oil change, spark plug replacement, and a 35K-mile service. Instead, the entire experience felt careless, overpriced, inconvenient, and highly unprofessional. • Poor communication I was told to bring the car in on Thanksgiving Day. Then, after I arrived, he called to say he didn’t have the tools to change the transmission fluid and that I’d need to come back another day. No apology, no accountability. Why take on a job you aren’t equipped to handle? • Low-quality work When I finally got the car back, the engine cover under the hood wasn’t even fitted properly. Basic attention to detail was clearly missing. • Lack of accountability He sent me photos claiming there was oil in the spark plug area due to a “seal leak” and tried to upsell me nearly $3,800 in additional repairs. The claim seemed suspicious, so I paid out of pocket to have another professional inspect it. Thankfully, there were zero signs of the issue he described. The upsell attempt felt misleading and completely untrustworthy. • Overcharging For the 35K service, oil change, and spark plug replacement, the labor alone was $1,081—and that didn’t even include parts. For the quality of work provided, this pricing is outrageous. This experience was an absolute NO from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding this mechanic and not falling into the same trap I did.
