Very professional shop. Very happy with the service I got and will be going back again.
They could have easily of charged me more as they estimated me on the wrong type of oil. They stuck to their estimate which went a long way in earning my trust.

I got rear ended recently and the insurance had JP down as their recommended provider of repair service. To make things go along faster, I thought it prudent to just go with their recommendation and roll on up to the shop.
Now starting out, I got rubbed the wrong way completely. Between not being greeted and feeling like a non existent fixture both times I walked in, to getting pushed back a week to get my car repaired without any advanced warning, I was basically just done with this establishment.
When the ball finally got rolling, my frustrations were dashed quickly. When the car did finally hit the shop, the labor took less than a week. I was not expecting so quick a turnaround. The car and body work looked spectacular. And mind you, my car was dirtier than a dumpster dropping it off, and they did an amazing job cleaning it inside and out before returning my keys to me. And to top it off, Linda personally picked me up from my house go get my baby.
I'll blame the holidays for the downsides, and would easily recommend the shop to anyone.
