Stopped at ABE's on our way to the Outer Banks because our KIA Sedona had some engine trouble. The fellas quickly diagnosed it and repaired it at a very reasonable rate. It's nice to know that there was a shop that would help us out of towners! A+++

They are the greatest in richmond and very honest about what's going on with your car.this the only place I go they know me as Jamaica, I don't have to wait long when I go there before I got comfortable in the waiting area my car would be finish.love you guys keep up the good work

I'm from out of town and here for school. As soon as I started having car trouble, I was ready to panic. I was worried that I would walk into a shop and be ripped off and told I need way more work done than the car actually needed.... Luckily, this did not happen at Abe's Auto!! This mechanic shop will be my go-to from now on while I live here in Richmond!! It is family owned and run, and they are the sweetest people I could have gone to for service! As soon as I got there, they immediately ran a diagnostic, ordered the part (which arrived within 30 minutes), and got to work. I sat in the waiting area, and had my car back within only 2 hours! They are incredibly knowledgeable, and they are good, honest people who will not rip you off! I'm so happy and satisfied! Great people, great prices, fast service! I'm so happy that this was the shop I took my car to!

I was visiting family down in Virginia, when my car started overheating and running poorly. A friend of mine highly recommended Abe's Auto Repair. They were very friendly, honest and understanding, I was able to get my car in right away, where they genuinely made me feel welcome. They were prompt about diagnosing my car, and helping me get back on the road. It's rare to find a repair shop that looks at you as an equal, and not just another potential sale. My only issue is that I don't live closer!

When I was out a fort Lee for training. I stopped out here to get my vehicle checked over for my cross counter trip to make sure it was safe. They checked over everything and told me what should be taken care of now and what could be fixed later. Best price, quality parts and service!!!

Excellent and polite service! They really make sure they're taking care of the customer's needs. I went in for a service and they talked me through everything they were doing and how they would fix the problem. I needed a part ordered and it was in the very next day! Highly recommend them!
