These guys are top of the line. They did everything they said they would do and more, some that they would not charge for. Steve has stood behind the work without question. I haven't found any shop that has more knowledgeable mechanics and that includes Dealer shops.
I don't mind paying for work done right and by people that stand behind their word. Steve found a very unsafe condition on my truck and corrected it without charge until I could bring it back for other work it needed. Good people and trustworthy!

This auto repair shop was recommended to me by a minister friend of mine when we moved to Huntsville 6+ years ago and we've had nothing but the most friendly, professional and competent service from them over these years. Not only is their service first rate, they genuinely care for their customers and go out of their way to ensure timely and thorough repair which is backed by a one year full warranty. Our experience is shared by many others and it gives us great peace of mind to know we have access to such honest and fair auto care. We choose to take our vehicles to Madison Automotive even though we still have current manufacturer's warranties on them!

I dropped a truck off expecting a 3-4 day turn around, mainly because of a parts delay, and maybe a half day to a full for labor. Steve was able to locate all my parts and got All the work completed in under 6 hours. Same Day!!! I was very surprised to get the call for pick up to say the least. I've used them before and their quality of work has been very consistent. I will bring any of my mechanical needs to them for now on for sure.

Very poor service. The guy was a fast talker and a swindler, and they're way overpriced for the quality. Do not trust this repair shop!!!
