I needed to find a really good reliable used car for my sister. I went to many car lots and returned to Dileo's were we bought a 2002 Ford Taurus with 39,000 miles on the clock. The car is in very good condition and was checked out by our mechanic who said this was a great buy. Marc Goldberg was very polite and attentive. He was honest informative. Our mechanic said the car should have the windshield wipers replaced and not only did Marc offer to replace them he gave us a full tank of gas. Wow! The car was price right on the window, he lowered it another $500 to make it possible for my sister to be able to buy the car. I highly recommend Dileo's.

Terrible experience. Kept my car for a week before telling me I was on my own for finding parts. Then they performed repairs and informed me afterwards that they could not repair the frame, which they should have disclosed before making $700 in repairs. To top it off, they mangled my brake proportioning valve, leading to a total brake failure while driving. Steer clear!
