Dependable Auto Body fixed my car after crashing into a hydrant. The car looks better than it did the day that I bought it. My car is a Cadillac in a gold color and the car is sparkling. Dependable also cleaned the interior after the accident caused spills. The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff takes pride in their work.

Dependable took care of my Mercedes e350 from start to finish. I was recommended here from quite a few people. It turns out that they are a direct repair shop for almost every insurance company. That is reassuring because the company that is paying guarantees my work and so does Dependable. I was involved in a 3rd party claim that wasn't my fault . I dropped off the car and they had the enterprise pick me up . I loved how they provided me with text message updates such as when the repairs started , the promise date , and when my car will be ready. My rear bumper needed to be changed and they polished up the rear of my car complimentary for me . They washed,vacuumed, and wiped down the interior.

I Couldnt ask for a better experience. I Am very fuzy over my cars. I did a lot of research before choosing a shop. Geico wanted me to go to one of their express shops and thankfully a friend of mine recommended me here and said they do great work and offer a lifetime guarantee from both the shop and geico. The had my car looking like it came out of the show room. I recieved text message update about my car and the repair process, they touched up and polished areas that werent related at no additional cost to me. They really are.... D E P E N D A B L E! I had the misfortune of being in two separate car accidents and had my car fixed at Dependable Auto Body. They are AWESOME! you would never know my 2011 Ford Fusion was involve in any accident! Even the dealer I sold the car to said they did a spectacular job. So if you're looking for a professional, honest and reasonable auto body shop go see the twins!
