After some horrible experiences at a local dealership and other auto-repair shops, I was fortunate enough to meet Scott, the owner of The Bimmer Shop. My BMW had several issues and I was basically on the verge of getting rid of it. I spoke to Scott about the repairs needed and he assured me that the car was repairable and that it wouldn't cost me anything close to what the dealership quoted me. Scott is a Certified BMW Technician and has a passion for repairing cars, specializing in BMW and Mercedes. However he has the knowledge and tools to repair all makes and models. Scott and his co-workers (Alan, Jeff, and Hector) at the repair shop are all courteous and have a friendly demeanor. They attempt to tackle any repair in the most cost-effective manner; they are not simply "replace-the-part" mechanics. They have all the hardware and software you find at any BMW dealership and are capable of programming your vehicle. Scott also has vast connections in the BMW parts business and can find you a good deal on most parts needed to repair your car. They keep you in the loop throughout the repair process and are accurate when it comes to estimated time for repair. The shop itself is located conveniently in the middle of Long Island, in Farmingdale, NY. The Bimmer Shop also has car storage services, an expanding auto-body shop, and is opening a Used Car Dealership: "Cruisers Automotive" - if thats something you're interested in.
In short, if you are looking for an honest mechanic - for anything from basic oil changes to engine and transmission repair - you owe it to yourself to checkout The Bimmer Shop. They are now my go-to auto repair shop and I highly recommend them.

Great service - great prices and excellent work. Scotty is the man. Very knowledgable about beamers and very fair when it comes to his work. I've known Scott now for about 5 years and he's done work for my old and new BMW 6 series. I only trust him when it comes to my vehicle.

I've been going to this shop (it's moved several locations) for years. I was referred to this place because the dealer wanted to charge a few thousand dollars for work but this place charged a fraction of that. Scott has always been honest and upfront with me and stands behind his work. They've been my go-to for anything I've had an issue with.

If you have a BMW, MERCEDES, AUDI...you MUST always speak to scott whenever you have a question or concern about your vehicle. He has over a decade of experience and is very easy to work with. He seems to always be available via text and phone and always has decisive answers to all of my questions. After purchasing a used, new for me, 750i Scott was able to hold my hand through all of the repairs needed to get it road ready. He is basically a complete BMW service shop in 1. At a much, MUCH more affordable price. His knowledge is tantamount to the most experienced service manager in the business, and his compassion and understanding of the business is the BEST, bar none. He even PAID ME BACK FOR RENTAL CHARGES i incurred as a result of dropping my car off for service!! Brand new valve stem seals baby!! At a quarter of dealer cost!! I am very grateful for his service and will continue to recommend him for years to come. Thank you, Sir.

After having a few terrible experiences at several of the BMW dealerships, a friend of mine referred "Scott the BMW specialist" and the words spoke for themselves. My car was having a shaking issue and the 'service engine soon' light was flashing on the screen. The dealer wanted $152 plus tax to just diagnose the issue but I told the dealer to go ahead with the diagnosis. After getting back to me, they told me I needed to replace all 6 spark plugs and 6 ignition coils which was going to cost about $1000! At this point, I told BMW to hold off as I contacted Scott, the owner of The Bimmer Shop. I explained my issue, which he was very knowledgable about. He put me on hold for maybe all of 4 minutes and he gave me an estimate over the phone with the original BMW parts for less than half the price. I brought my car to him the next day for the repairs! I would highly recommend Scott and his professional staff to any BMW owner.

looking for a good honest mechanic in the area just go to Bobby at Jupiter Auto! This man puts all other mechanics to shame a true honest gentalman in this field! He use to be on the Conner of Main st and motor when he had to leave cause of a rent hike. Now he's in a better location and with state of art equipment! And if you don't Take my word for it just try him out one time and you'll never go to anyone else!
