I have an FJ Cruiser, which because of the design results in cracked windshields more often than most cars. This shop was recommended by my insurance company and I know why. It isn't always easy to schedule insurance repairs, but the front office staff explained the process, walked me through it, and scheduled the appointment to fit my schedule.
The shop has a shuttle driver that was polite and safely returned me to work so I didn't have to wait while the repair was made. Although I did notice the office had free wi-fi, which is always a plus and a nice touch with everyone having phones and tablets.
When I picked up my car, the work was explained to my understanding, and my vehicle was left clean and presentable.
So while I don't hope to have to use the shop for a windshield repair, I most likely will because of the design, and I won't hesitate to give them a call if do. I would also put them on my short list of places to request a quote from when my teenage son asks to do some modifications - like sun roof. The service, quality and pleasant approach went behind my expectations for this visit and I would expect the same for all of their clients.

We took my fiances car in to repair a chip in her windshield. We called around town to a few different shops but they offered the best price for the fix. The repair looks great, the service was great, and we were more than happy to take our business to a family owned, local company. Overall, a great experience and we will be headed back here if the need arises!

With our broken windshield, Sylvania Auto Restyling was quick to respond and repair. The service was excellent. When we had another unexpected issue with our windshield, they once again came to the rescue with excellent service and stood behind their warranty without question. In the past, they also repaired our truck's sunroof quickly and efficiently.

TERRIBLE service. Spoke with the Manager about a repair they took in the wrong direction. Rather than making it right, like any competent businessman, he proceeded to speak down on me. Says I called him a "scam artist" and I should take my business elsewhere. When you take a car to a shop and expect something to be fixed and it's not, you SHOULD feel like a scam artist. My car was leaking water. It's still leaking water. It's raining outside as we speak. I'm out 80 dollars. Coolest. Story. Ever. Avoid this shop.

Chip Repair

I was a little apprehensive about going here since I haven't heard of them before but was pleasantly surprised. I was able to get in same day, the chip repair took only 20 minutes and turned out very well. Office help and tech were very friendly.

I had two windshield stone chip repairs done 4 years ago. I was totally satisfied with their repairs and their excellent customer service. I recently went to a local dealership and a scam windshield repair company operating there damaged my original repairs. I called Sylvania Auto Restyling & Glass and talked to Milissa, who told me to come and have the chips checked. They fixed the chips ON THE SPOT AT NO CHARGE! It's nice to know that some companies still put customer service first and do QUALITY WORK! I had my windshield replaced at Sylvania Auto Restyling and Glass yesterday. I am so happy I went there. The customer service was excellent. When I had a problem with my windshield wipers after the replacement they came to my workplace and fixed those right in the parking lot before 11 a.m. this morning. I cannot recommend them enough!

The front desk women are awesome, if they were the only people I dealt with I would have given 5 stars. However they were busy when I went to pick my car up. When Mike came out of his office to "help" me. No customer service skills at all. He should probably stay in his office and leave the customers to people who are not degrading. He argued with me about something when all he needed to say was "I'm sorry, we will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else". I was not upset that they did not clean up any of my broken glass even when they said they would, however I let him know that it did not get cleaned because the next person might not be so understanding. And he argued with me that it must have gotten clean. Um, I know my car, it did not get cleaned. He should probably go to some customer service classes and next time I will not be so nice.
