Superb Service!
These guys do a superb job every time I need help with my car. My interaction mostly has been with Jonathan who is brilliant at what he does. As most of the reviews suggest, these guys are hobbyists turned professionals.
I moved to Atlanta a couple of years ago and was blue ridge was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Only after visiting this place and meeting Jon did I realize how much I was being conned by the mercedes dealership at baton rouge where I lived before. My knowledge of my car has enhanced a lot in the last year and half of knowing this place because Jon takes the time to explain you what's happening with your car and what he will be doing, which many of the other shops don't (especially the dealerships).
He will treat your car like his own and he takes very good care of it. Highly highly recommended.

Once again, Jonathon saves the day. Mrs. called from the car after work - running rough & check engine light on... stopped by after 7pm, 5 minute diag, and ready the next morning.
Not just repairs, but true customer service.

Blue Ridge MB has completed extensive work on three of my cars and is about to start work on my AMG Hammer.
Jonathan has always been up-front about what the projects will require and has kept me informed with progress reports and pictures along the way.
He has an incredible knowledge base about these cars; particularly my AMG Hammer. I ship my cars from another state because I know with this shop, things will be done right.
I highly recommend Blue Ridge MB. They do great work.

After sticker-shock at the dealer for a basic service, I found Jon at Blue Ridge. As the other reviewer says, Jon is the real deal - he's a hobby-ist turned professional. He took the time to explain to me what was going on, and what he was doing. I really got the feeling that he cares, and that he did a great job. He is moving into a new building soon.

It's pretty simple, these folks have exceptional knowledge, ability and have a great attitude. Jonathan has serviced and done pre-purchase inspections for me on several cars. He is also good enough to provide service on my Volvo even though its not German. His depth of knowledge and intuitive ability on MBs is somewhat extraordinary. His prices are fair and he provides intelligent and realistic estimates.

Detail oriented, customized service according to one's needs. I am very picky about who I take my cars to and like do most projects myself. For things beyond my skill level, Blue Ridge MB is the best around! The owner is a car enthusiast himself and he fixes others' cars as if they were his own.
