I had nothing but a GREAT experience with them! They were all so helpful and the entire staff was wonderful! I'll drive the hour and half anytime to have them service my car or even just for an oil change.

After over $800, 8 months, and 4 trips they finally fixed my exhaust 90% correct. I originally went to get my muffler replaced. On the first visit the mechanic cut my old muffler off and discovered a broken exhaust manifold. I gave permission for them to proceed with the [costly] repair. I have been going to Meineke Center in Franklin since I moved to the area 2 1/2 years ago. I have never had any problems what so ever and I will always bring my vehicles to them to fix any problems that may come up. Justin is a great Mechanic and he has fixed everything from Exhaust Replacement, New Brakes, all of my oil changes, changing my Head Lights (which were facing out into the woods instead of straight ahead as they should be. I have other issues that have come up and I will be called Jason @ Meineke Care Center in Franklin and have him fix my issues because I know it will be done right the first time. I have read the other comments and I'm very fortunate to have someone I trust to work on my vehicle. I will always take my car needs to Meineke here in Franklin for any and all future repairs! Thank You Justin for all of your hard work. Becky is the person who makes the appointments and orders the parts, she is Great at her job, she may be short and to the point, but she knows her job! What a refreshing change of pace ! To take your car to a service center that is Friendly, Thoughtful, Actual concerned about your car and know what they are doing. I can't think of any other service center like Meineke that gives you the option of how to care for your car. They examine your car from top to bottom. They they bring you all the options of what needs to be done right now and what can wait. Now that is true customer service ! Everyone there from Becky Mike, Brandon and everyone else is super nice and willing to go beyond the normal to help make sure you are 100% satisfied. Trust is something that is not easily given but is most off ten earned. Meineke will earn your trust each and every time you walk in the door till your driving down the road . Please call them for all your car care need because I highly recommend them A+

During the first or last repair they significantly cut a cab mount on my frame while removing the driver side exhaust pipe. Last important detail: they never replaced the splash guards in my fender wells after removing them. If you have time and desire to make several visits for shortcut exhaust work, go ahead and get your car repaired here. I however do not recommend it. Meineke corporate customer relations is now involved in this case. Update: After I sent a complaint to BBB, Meineke fabricated documents attempting to cover their tracks. Watch out for these guys! Go elsewhere.
