These people have been in business more than 20 years, honest workers and excellent body work. I always take my family cars here and they are always honest and very reasonable in price. I have also buy my cars form them and my daughters. I recently bought a Nissan Altima 2006 and I am very happy.

I was on vacation last week in Ormond Beach and was involved in a car accident, I called Crown Collision and they said they could tow and fix my car by Tuesday afternoon. I had to leave Florida by Tuesday morning to go back home to Pa. and these wonderful guys at Crown Collision worked day and late into the night to have my car repaired and back on the road by Monday night. Such an amazing crew and the beautiful job they did on my car so quickly.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! I took my vw here a couple months ago because I couldn't get it to my normal shop. They told me they couldn't fix it because my obd2 was missing but if I wanted they could go through it manually but it would be a lot. So I asked them to drop it off at my house that wensday and I'd pay them the $80 they wanted. Well no car or call to reschedule a drop off wensday. I went up there that night to find my front bumper hanging off my car. The next day after 4 calls and 4 more lies I went up there and then they decided they would deliver it. The manager told me they had an emergency come up and needed the tow truck in Jacksonville wensday night. What's funny is the truck was at the shop that night when he said it wasn't. I took it to my shop and they told me same day what the issue was and had it fixed within 48 hours. And they had no issue's finding my obd2 sensor. this place is no good. Take your car to mbvw. There 100 times better and honest.

hi everybody listen I own a 2008 infinity i crashed it and some friends advise me to take to this place clinic of car crown auto body shop man the manger and all crew are very nice and helpful and professional they helped me because i don't have insurance.They repaired my car back to the original condition,you couldn't tell the car was ever in an accident they even fixed some mechanical issues witch no one else could figure out before. thanks everybody at crown auto i'm very satisfied and i recommend everyone to this shop

These guys have tryed to fix my car overheating fot the last 3 months and its still broken .I see that everytime they got my car back their was an additional problem that they would say required attention now i have spent over 1200 dollars trying to get them to fix my car ripp off dont go there
