Phil did excellent work on my 1993 Toyota pickup in August 2015, he fixed two frame rails that were rusting through and also fabricated a cross member support for underneath my truck bed. This was inspected by Sullivan Tire 3 months later and passed with flying colors. Thank you Phil for a quality and affordable job very well done, Becasue of you my truck will now see 400,000 miles and beyond!

Brought my car here to have some rust repaired. He told me he would cut out the rust and paint it for $300. I brought it back a month later to do said work and he didn't cut any rusted metal out like he boasts about doing. He ground down the existing rust and filled it with fiberglass and bondo, then calls me to tell me it's gonna be an extra $75 to fix some other rust he found inside the quarter panel. I told him to take as much time as he needed and I would pay more money whatever the cost to have it fixed correctly. I got the car back and the paint looked awful (this is a black Cadillac). My car looked better before I dropped it off. Phil told me he couldn't clear coat the car. I was ok with this because I thought I was getting a quality repair with metal and was prepared to bring it to another body shop to have the quarter panel sanded and new clear coat applied since Phil never did that (he won't tell you this before you drop the car off though, only once he starts the work). I brought the car to a reputable body shop that will actually write out a repair order and accepts credit cards to have the panel sanded and cleared like phil said to do. They started sanding the quarter panel and told me he didn't replace any metal. So now I'm paying to have the body shop repaint and clear the quarter panel. He denies ever talking about cutting out any rust. So I have spent over $700 to fix this and it will be at best a band aid until the rust he says he never saw bubbles through the paint again. I'm an ASE and GM certified mechanic and while I may not know everything about body work I know a hack when I see one. Avoid this place at all costs. When I confronted him he has no recollection of ever talking about cutting any rust out. But why would he, cash only, no work orders, no receipts, no paper trail - "we are not responsible".

I brought my 22 yr old car that could not get a sticker to Rust-O-Rama. "I just need it to pass inspection". This was done with minimal expense to me. I got a sticker and a quote for repairs on a second vehicle.

Phil was great about getting my son's car in to his shop in a timely manner and went above and beyond in the work that needed to be done. Would definitely recommend Rustorama to anyone needing this type of repair work!
