I normally don't take the time to do this but I am so disappointed and angry on the horrible unethical way this company works. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR SELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT.

I have had many cars detailed with EBJ Touch of Class. My car sparkles when they are done and they are able to get my interior to look brand new. Amazing customer service and professionalism. I have highly recommended then to my friends and family.

Mike and his team are amazing. My bike had been sitting out untouched for a year due to combination of hot sun and leather seats burning my ass and I thought that I would have to pay an arm and a leg to get it repaired. I had called a dozen other shops but Mike's professionalism and legitimate knowledge of his craft had me convinced. It shame that I'm moving as soon as I find such a great bike mechanic, but I'm recommending him to all my friends in Arizona! My bike went in dusty and neglected and now it runs beautifully.

If you're anything like me, your motorcycle is VERY important to you! Unfortunately, I didn't treat mine very well for about three years; it sat under a tarp in the back yard and wasn't started once!
When I was finally ready to get it going again I went straight to Yelp to find a mechanic I could trust.
After reading reviews for a lot of different shops I chose to go with Arizona Motorcycle. Mike (the owner) met me out front and helped me take my bike off the trailer. He asked me a few questions and looked it over a bit. He was honest with me that things didn't look good and he couldn't be sure how much work it would take to bring it back to life.
Mike and his mechanics run a VERY busy shop, but he was always ready and willing to answer my questions about how things were going. I was like an anxious dad nervously waiting to be told his baby was OK!
I can honestly say that Mike treated my bike like it was his own! He knows what he is doing and his prices are exceptionally fair. But more important than that, he is trustworthy and he keeps your riding safety in mind whenever he's suggesting or making repairs!
A specific example of Mike treating my bike like it was his own was that he found that the electrical controls on my handlebars were pretty corroded and causing problems with my electrical system. Any other shop would have likely ordered all new parts and charged me an arm and a leg for them. Instead, Mike cleaned the electrical connections up and it's all like brand new!
My dad has been riding since the early '70's and he is also now a fan of Arizona Motorcycle. Mike tuned up his bike and treated my dad just as well as he treated me.
My bike is running better now than it ever has before and I couldn't be happier!

I'm very hesitant to let anyone touch my Harley. That being said, the good people at Arizona Motorcycle Services can work on my baby any time. Very competitive and honest prices, fast and competent work, friendly staff. And they even polished her for me! If my baby ever needs work in the future, it will be done at Arizona Motorcycle Services.

Best place in the valley for motorcycle repair and maintenance! These guys are nice, thorough and trustworthy. They have tons of bikes to repair at all times, but are always quick to get the job done. Since bike repair can be life saving, it helps to have mechanics you can trust.

The work was a LITTLE slow, but, like ALL "good" places, they are busy, but you REALLY can't beat the prices and the good HONEST feeling that you aren't being taking for a ride, but, rather, they are taking GOOD care of YOUR ride!

This place is the best. I was first referred to Arizona Motorcycle Services when I called Cycle Gear to ask for suggestions on where to get the chain tightened on my Yamaha XV (thanks Cycle Gear!).
I called the number, and it went to voicemail; however, before I could even make a second attempt, Mike was calling me back. I showed up about 15 minutes before closing time. Mike wasn't there, but Eric and Marco in the shop were courteous and very knowledgeable. There were tons of bikes in there, but they tightened my chain on the spot and for free!
So, naturally, this great service led me back again for a tune-up. I was able to drop my bike off right away and got it back two days later. Cleaner, leaner, and meaner. The actual cost of the full tune-up and new chain was less than they quoted me. Definitely will be back. Highly recommended. Great people who care about bikes and the community.

I have brought my bike in several more times to Mike and he has proven himself again and again as one of the most motorcycle knowledgeable guys that I know.
He has even diagnosed a problem a couple times over the phone for me based solely on my description of the problem and make and model of my bike.
He consistently charges much lower rates for his time, work and knowledge than other shops do.
I am continually impressed with him, his shop and his work ethic and cannot recommend this shop enough.

Absolutely saved the day, took the time to find a part I needed!!! Took bike somewhere else and they forgot a important part needed for me to put wheels back on! (the husband didn't know Arizona Motorcycle was so close to us, my fault for not telling him about it..eeek..) anyways, called em up and they were just closing up shop and stayed open for me! So happy I didn't have to wait a couple weeks for my husband to help put wheels back on, (he's going to school in Prescott) I'm ready to ride!
We will definitely use them for all our needs from now on!

I have to agree with the previous reviewers. I am very happy with my first experience using AZ Motorcycle Services. Found them after reviewing the other feedbacks here on Yelp. I went in for a rear tire change (rim off of bike, I provided the new tire). They took me in right away and $20 later, I was headed home with a newly installed and balanced tire. You cannot beat that price or the great service. Thanks guys !

I'm willing to bet that the greatest fear of anybody needing service done to their vehicles is that their mechanic is going to take them for a proverbial ride. Arizona Motorcycle is definitely not that type of shop. Mike and Marco make it their mission to make sure you get back up and riding, and they love what they do!
Mike, the owner, and Marco are avid riders, so they know the importance of having a healthy ride. When you come in with an under-performing bike, know that these guys completely commiserate. More often than not, they probably care more about your bike than you do. That means that your bike will be handled with the utmost care, and in the most expeditious manner possible.
Mike treats everybody that comes to his shop like they're family. There's an unspoken bond between motorcycle riders, and with that bond comes much respect. So, no matter what you ride, know that Mike and his crew will go out of their way to ensure that whatever ails your iron horse is remedied, and that you're back on the road as soon as possible.
Not only do these guys have the desire to make sick bikes healthy, but they also have the know-how to back it up.
Mike, prior to owning his own shop, was a trick motorcycle rider, and if I'm not mistaken, still holds some type of Arizona stoppie record. Certifiable bad ass. He also worked for several years at a major motorcycle shop here in the state before going out on his own.
Marco has spent almost his entire adult life on two wheels. Unless there's an inch of snow on the ground, you better believe that Marco is riding. Besides riding a motorcycle more often than he eats hot meals, Marco is also a certified welder and aircraft mechanic. He has also built competition motorcycles from scratch, and won awards by doing so. Needless to say, these guys are qualified to get you back out on the open roads.
Mike's shop has grown exponentially since the first time I ever visited to have a perpetually flat tire fixed. Before, there were only a couple of booths...about the width of a four car garage. Now, due to his success, Mike has been able to expand the number of booths he has. Not only that, but he and Marco have added a customer lounge complete with a television and couches for any customers needing quick work done. Last I heard, Arizona Motorcycle is also on the verge of getting a powder coating booth.
With their vast knowledge base, and their passion for motorcycles, there really isn't much (if anything) they can't do in the way of motorcycle repair.
If you're somebody who is particular about their ride, and if you don't like that "I'm getting screwed over" feeling when dealing with a mechanic, then Arizona Motorcycle is the place to be. Great service, great people...no scuzzy feeling afterwards!

These guys are great, just real dudes working on bikes. Honest, FAIR, and well informed about all types of bikes. The service is always prompt, they do excellent work and if You ever have any problems they will not try to squeeze you for an extra buck. They will give You an honest opinion on your machine.
Plus, they all seem to be wicked nice guys.

The wife and I brought in our two brand new Yamaha Bolts for the first 600 mile break in service. We also had them replace some heat shields on our Vance and Hines exhaust systems that were damaged from factory. The price was very fair, Mike's great very knowledgable and we now plan on making Arizona Motorcycle our only stop for all our bikes needs.

I needed fork seals on my bike and took it to another service place, after two weeks of the parts not being in I called Mike and he told me I can drop the bike off and get it back the next day. The price was half of what other shops quoted and they also did a full inspection and found nothing else.
My new bike mechanic for life.

I was referred to this place by a buddy of mine when I needed a new rear tire installed on my bike. I called them and scheduled a time to show up and I showed up about 5 minutes early. They immediately took my bike back and told me to come back in about 1 hour. I showed up about an hour later and my bike was waiting for me.
They informed me I might want to plan on replacing my chain in the near future and they quoted me $80 to do it. I will be going back to them in 2-3 weeks for the chain and fork seals.
Great place from what I saw and experienced so far.
Thanks and keep up the great work!!!

It happened again!
Mike picked up my bike (filthy as it was) and gave it the "once over" for the season. He went through it, found a small coolant leak and something with the carb boots (whatever those are) and tuned it up.
Called him to see how it was going and he told me he ws just getting it "dialed in"
He delivered it back to the house and it was cleaner than new, and actually runs better than it ever has. I was seriously going to sell it and get something else, and now you will never get it away from me!
When he gave me my total, I was honestly concerned that he did not charge me enough. Need to make sure he stays in business!
A truly honest mechanic. Who would have guessed they existed? He even has the coolest cellular credit card machine I have ever seen.. you sign with you finger right on his phone.
If you EVER need someone to work on your bike.. Mike is the guy! Wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

Called today, Mike the mechanic was very nice and had a great attitude. Unlike Eastside Performance and Apache Motorcycles (who were both exceedingly rude when asked for a quote). I will be getting my motorcycle tires mounted and balanced here. I'll review again after the service!

Rode my bike for 5 minutes and they knew exactly what needed to be done. Super fast diagnostics and the quote was ludicrously cheap. They go out of their way to help, and treat you as a fellow rider instead of a customer.

I just brought my bike in for a tire change and brake replacement. Not only did Mike and his team get to work straight away, they even spotted a severe issue with my front fork. Mike came to me, gave me a quote and then proceeded to fix the problem for even cheaper than what he quoted me (the bushings did not need to be replaced). Not to mention they had the whole bike ready to go in a matter of hours. I cannot recommend Arizona Motorcycle enough, fast work, personable staff, and agreeable prices.

I've been bringing my bike to Arizona Motorcycle Services for about a year now. Mike and his crew are very good at what they do, and I can always count on a good job. The thing for me that really makes this shop stand out above the competition is their honesty. They will never try to get you to purchase anything that you don't need. They have always been straightforward about diagnosing the problem and what needs to be fixed. Then there's the prices and quotes. I have NEVER been quoted a price and then have the completed work be more than the quote. Several times the total was LESS than the quote. I've always been surprised by the prices- I often wonder how they stay in business charging so little. The quotes are usually less than I expect. Mike is also fantastic about working with you if you have a limited budget. He won't let you ride out the driveway unsafe, but if you just need to "get it rolling" he can do that for you and will tell you what you'll need to be expecting in the future. I once took in a bike I was looking at buying, he diagnosed a problem that saved me thousands of dollars had I bought the bike. I wouldn't consider taking my bike anywhere else. In short: honest, more than reasonable prices, capable mechanics, great service.

Great Service, I always leave with a feeling of confidence that Mike and the Boys performed what I needed with honesty and integrity. I was there for some chain work, on the safety assurance ride Mike noticed my clutch and throttle had a little too much play. As a courtesy he properly adjusted them to lengthen their life. This action showed me that they are concerned about being proactive and preservation. Great Job guys. Keep up the good work.

I called on a Friday to make an appointment for Monday to have a set of HIDs that I bought elsewhere installed on my 2006 FJR1300AE. When setting up the appointment, he asked what brand the lights were so he could prepare by reading the correct wiring diagram(s). That in itself was such a comfort to having them do the work for me! I arrived early for my appointment, and they immediately took it in and started working on it. Price quoted as 1.5 hours labor. My bike has many intricate connections and fairing bolts/screws & clips that made it more difficult than anticipated for the install. So happy I didn't try to do it myself! These guys refused to give up on it, every time I looked in on them, they were smiling and looked like there wasn't a care in the world! Seemingly a great experience for them as well as for me... After spending almost 3 hours for my install, I expected it would cost me much more than expected. To my surprise they stuck to the quote of 1.5 hours labor! I would take any bike to them for any reason! Fantastic customer care, and attention to detail! By the way, my HIDs work flawlessly, and I even still have flash-to-pass ability which is usually lost with an HID conversion. GREAT WORK!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!

I wish there was more people like Mike when it comes to servicing motorcycles. he is honest and timely on fixing with whatever is wrong with your bike. I have a zx7r and was not starting but Mike had me back on the road in no time. He went out of his way to pick up my bike to be serviced wow... that is cool of him. I am going there for future repairs or oil changes. AAA+++++ thank you
