I have nothing but good service here. I am having a car that hasn't been running in a long time worked on by them. They are patient and willing to work with me. I feel right at home going over there. It's like going to your buddies garage but better. I highly recommend Then & Now

Just a quick note about our service..GREAT.. I was recommended by a co-worker to obtain a quote regarding engine rebuilding. Called and met Felicia. After talking with her, I just knew this was a very good choice. I did my homework and read reviews and then dropped off our car. I then got to meet Felicia in person and it was like we had known each other for years. For me, the vibes need to be right and they were. If I need any additional work, I know where I am going. Thank you and your staff for your help with our needs.

I have been coming to Then and Now since 2010, I had Mike and Felicia restore my 1967 Firebird and they did a beautiful job with it and were always willing and able to work with me and bounce great ideas back and forth. They have a terrific body shop and very talented group of guys there working on the cars. I've also taken my daily drivers to Then and Now for everything from simple oil changes to difficult (for me) trouble shooting and vehicle issues.

Don't see a current review, and thought it best to update a bit. Have been taking our cars there for several years now, because, in its simplest terms, it's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. We trust Felicia to give us the straight truth. Because an honest mechanic was historically hard to find, I habitually check what mechanics say against Haynes or Chilton. I actually lost that habit after taking my car there (although on the rare occasion where I've spot-checked, I was never disappointed). If you want a mechanic you can trust, go talk to Felicia and let her do some work for you..

RIP Mike. Owner of Then and Now died in a horrific car accident back in July. He was an awesome man, father, and mechanic.

I have owned a few cars and no matter what is wrong, I know that I can take it to Then and Now Automotive have it fixed correctly and be back on the road and know that I was not overcharged. They also just finished restoring my 63 chevy corvair from the ground up. They fixed every issue and the attention to detail was superb. I only trust them to fix my cars. Forget the dealership head over to see Mike and Felicia at Then and Now Automotive!

Drove out to AZ to visit family and had some car issues. We were staying at a hotel right down the street from these guys and I was looking for something close by. I saw them while I was walking to the gas station to grab some supplies to try and fix the problem myself. I ended up taking it to them because I couldn't fix it myself. They took a look at my car and told me what the problem was. I have a good friend back home that is my mechanic and called him to see what he thought based on the issues I was having. He said they were telling me the right thing and when I told him how much they wanted for everything he said that they were charging pretty much cost for parts and at a really reasonable rate. I told them to go ahead and order the parts and they called me within 2 hours to say the parts had arrived. I brought the car back, they gave me a ride to the hotel because it was raining and I had my kids with me, picked me up when it was done (within the estimated time they quoted), and I was on my way with not a single problem after that... We left the next morning to drive back to CA around noon and it was hot as hell with the A/C blasting. Nothing but good, honest work here.

Found them originally on craigslist as the lowest priced per hour auto shop in the Valley. Thought I would try it out and have been a loyal customer ever since. Mike and Felicia are awesome. In the last month they have saved me close to $2,000 in potential car repairs. I took both of my cars to get oil at one of the bigger auto repair franchises in the valley because it was closer to my home and convenient. The first time I was told that my car was "GUSHING OIL." It needed new gaskets, blah blah blah. The cost was $500 then after it was cleaned they could look and see what else needed to be done. WOW. So as if I hadn't learned my lesson, I took my other car their for a quick oil change and had recommendations totaling $1,500. Both times I took my car right over to Then and Now Automotive to find in the first case that the car was fine and the second time I needed a front end alignment and they recommended another shop to do it for me. Total cost $50. So let's do the math, $500 + $1,500 = RIP OFF!!! Then and Now Automotive = Happy and Loyal Customer!!! Now it's your choice. I hope I saved you some time and money. Blessings!

I received a quote to have the passenger side mirror on my Lexus RX 300 replace-Almost $800. Found a new mirrow on google and took it to Then and Now. They painted it and put it on for $100. Saved my tons. This is an honest and cooperative business. I will go back.

Hey future Then and Now clients...these guys and girls are awesome at what they do! I have a 2000 Lincoln LS (almost a classic ahah but clean) and she's gone through some close calls but ends up pullin through running/looking flawless. First mis-hap the car's tempature gauges went HOT and the car locked up and emergency shutdown occured. Started it up idled for a few mins...engine ran fine then acted up again took it to the 1st place and they quoted me 3 different times each more expensive said a few different things [temperture gauge, a/c compressoir then not, and heres the kicker a cracked intake manifold and had to ship parts in from Dallas...$2500???...so I called Then and Now...they checked the engine, ran pressure tests, and electrionics check...turns out it was a small hose connected to the radiator was old and kinked (i almost got hustled) it was replaced and out the door for pennies...and shes good as new. Then just recently my neighbor backed out of her drive way and smashed my driver sidedoor. It was bad...and serval days later got her back and couln't even tell anything happened...I know them by first name now...hahah but their great and friendly people who know their cars. THANKS GUYS!!! I'll be bring her in for some new brakes...get ready!
