Owners are on site and really helpful. The staff really take care of my vehicles, they let me know what is wrong and the cost, no hidden agenda. I also purchase my electrica supplies for my wiring projects. They talk me through what I don't understand and always seem to be ready to answer my questions. And the dog ( he is the mascot) is great!!!

We broke down in Bend and needed a new alternator. Chris and the owner Mel were the best caring people. Not to exclude her husband and dog Max. They ordered the part and the next day we were done. If they could have gotten the part on the day we arrived they would have been able to fix it that day and we would have been on our way sooner. They recommended motels and drove us there and picked us up. They all have a heart of gold. We will never forget you all. So if you ever breakdown in Bend, OR make sure to look them up for quality service and great friendship.. we highly recommend this shop.

I have to say after having my Range Rover taken somewhere else and having major issues with it, I am so grateful I took it here. Not only did Dusty spend a lot of time on it to find out the problem that no one else could, he really took care of the situation making things so much better than what I went through with someone else. Ok, I have to say his wife Mel is absolutely the best ever. She was so sweet on the phone and she knows so much about cars. It was nice to have someone actually explain the situation so that I could understand it. I felt like she really cared about making sure things were right ! Along with her husband, what a team they make. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and highly recommend them.

Not only were they the best priced of the several places I looked at, but their service is unfoulable. Before now, I have never had a repair shop offer to pick me up when my car was ready to go home. Dusty worked on my Toyota Tacoma, made sure everything was in good shape before he sent me home with it, found a problem that the last repair shop had failed to find despite my specific explanation of the problem. Overall-these guys are honest, cheery, and their prices beat anyone else I have worked with or quoted. I will not take my truck anywhere else in the future.

Customer service is amazing. Unlike the other review of the person above- who I doubt knows anything about car repair and sometimes things happen make it cost a lot more- I know car repair. These guys( and gals) are professional, amazing customer service, and know their stuff. Cory on the electric side is one of the castes turn around a I've seen EVER. Have him my alternator out of my 91 BMW e30 and had it back SAME DAY! It blew my mind AND SAVED me over 159 dollars compared to buying a rebuilt (which that's exactly why he did was rebuild it) that's over 300 not including a core charge for the same bosh that was on my car. If you need something done or advice on a fix you're doing yourself- give these guys a call.
