I had two mechanics work on my car, and they both did a lousy job. Don't go here for a brake job, because the mechanics don't know what they're doing. The price might be right, but it's not worth the aggravation.

While my review is based on a limited experience, I think I learned a lot about this garage, today. I called because I've been having trouble with my F150 (Ford haters take a chill pill, please) and I was stuck in a restaurant parking lot. Marla (the owner) answered the phone, got the basic jist of my case and offered to send someone over to help me get it started. He came prepared to diagnose a fuel or spark failure, and after looking over my truck for a while, determined that there was a fuse that, while it was not broken, was charred enough to be suspect. We switched it out with another non-essential, and low & behold she fired, but there were still some weird things happening. His assessment on the spot was that the aftermarket security system on the vehicle was causing electrical issues. It has caused problems before, so I asked them to take it out.
I followed them to the shop, left to pick up some fuses and soon after I returned it was ready. I thought sure there would be additional things I needed to get on the road, but not by their assessment.
I hope I don't see them often, because needing to see a mechanic is never fun, but I felt like I was treated fairly, and I'm a very satisfied customer. FYI, this is a woman owned business. I get the impression that she wants to do great things and grow this into a great shop. She has good people helping out.

I went here for a front and rear brake job, and it turned into a three day fiasco. The mechanics work fast, but in doing so they miss a lot of the simple things. Like resurfacing the drums and rotors. I won't be coming back.

Service is first here, Sam the former manager of another auto body shop and has taken over, and made this his crowning jewel of auto care. If you want truthful, honest service and pricing then bring you car here the next time it's sick. Thank you Sam for the great service and extending the life of my expedition.
