I was driving my son from Philadelphia to his first year as a student at ASU when our truck broke down near El Paso. Transmission fluid was leaking like crazy. The temperature was over 100 and we still had miles of driving through the desert ahead of us. Luckily, fate guided us to C&M body works. We were at their mercy. A dishonest mechanic could have easily taken advantage of us, but they got the leak patched, supplied us with extra transmission fluid and got us on our way for a very small fee. We made it to Tempe thanks to mike and the great guys at C&M. Forever grateful. -Lee and Will Harper

I had my Acura repaired there; it had been in an accident. Long story short, Mike, the owner hustled me to pay most upfront...he 'needed' the money to purchase the parts. Weeks later, he has not started to work on the vehicle. Told me he got in an argument with some guy,now he can't buy all the parts, and tells me if I want to get the quoted price I need to go buy the part from the guy. More money from my end. My car stays parked in the back for around 2 months. Excuse after excuse, but I had already paid... about 3.5 months it gets finished. Upset because I had to deal with a liar for so long. To top it off, 5 months later, I get a call that I'm delinquent on a credit card. A credit card I didn't have. Turns out, the address was to C&M.

This place looks like a chop shop. The shop manager and owner does not care about customer service or providing a good repair to your auto. This shop should be a disgrace for all auto shops. I hope it gets shut down and out of business soon. Do not go especialy If you are military. This will be on the off limits list for all US army service members. They are all about trying to make a profit from insurance companies. They do not even repair all the repairs that are suppose to be made qouted by Insurance companies. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Red flag..bad customer service...
Red flag..bad customer service and terrible shop!!!! I took my motorcycle and truck to C&M bodyworks...The shop manager, JASON, does not know to repair bikes but he claimed he does. I paid them to repair all the fairings of my old bike. Its still missing the inside fairings on the left and right side and the inner middle brackets. Also they did not put in the frame sliders. I paid them for OEM fairings and they installed aftermarket kit from Hong Kong on my motorcycle. Currently that 2009 Susuki GSXR 1000 is at Extreme Customs off Dyer St to get repaired properly. I pretty much got screwed. I also had my truck(2007 Chevy Avalanche) reprinted there. I still see a little bit of my old paint around my mirrors. Also my windows stopped working and I had to pay them to fix it when it was normal before I gave it to them. The quality of work is substandard. I got ripped off heavily. I came back there today Aug 30, 2012 to obtain my old fairings on my 2009 Susuki GSXR 1000 and they claim they could not find it. I was cussed out by the owner Miguel(Mike) Garcia for complaining about the matter. Miguel Garcia swung a metal rod at me but ended hitting a refridgerator. He called me stupid a mutherf*cker atleast five times. The motorcycle was at C&M body works from February 2012 to August 23, 2012. It took them seven months to halfway repairing the motorcycle. Progressive paid them over $3500.00 to repair the motorcycle and its still not complete. They did not repair the motorcycle or replace the parts with OEM from the progressive qoute.

I arrived (via tow truck) an hour after closing and gate was locked but a worker was just getting into his car to leave and jumped out, call the man with the key to open the gate to park my car inside gated area (recommended). I explained situation regarding car and my circumstances (out of town person) was advised if all that's wrong is the fuel pump then I'll be back on the road by noon.
Following morning I called and was advised the car would be ready by 1230 so I took a taxi over there by 1215p (optimistic). I arrived and they are waiting on pump from parts store should be there momentarily. While waiting and as pump arrived a mechanic did some diagnostics and discovered blown fuse. He popped a new one in and I'm back on the road. No charge either - how cool is that!! I appreciate their service and assistance.

Terrible place for a woman to go by herself. I went there once and he did an ok job from what I could tell. I'm in the military so I was out of town and I sent my wife by herself for another repair and he completely robbed her of her money. Parts were falling off and I even pulled some pieces off of the car that were put together with bondo and masking tape!!!! Never replaced any parts and painted over with the cheapest paint that they could find because it started to crack!!!!! Be carful if you dare to step foot in this place!!!!!!! He took our $1,500 with no shame what so ever!!! This place deserves no star but unfortunately I needed to use at least one to post this.

Took my car in to get the wheels painted and to have paint buffed. When I picked up the car, the wheels were painted the wrong color and the paint had still had not been buffed. I took the car back a few days later for a redo, but when I picked it up, discovered the same unresolved issues. When I asked for a refund, Mike the owner became belligerent and refused to return my payment. A week and a half later, I took my car to get washed and the wheel paint came right off unevenly. As if that was not bad enough, I later noticed that they guy overcharged my credit card by double the amount we agreed upon initially. I'm now in the process for suing for damages. This guy has a criminal background and I would not even recommend to my worst enemy. BEWARE!

I love this shop. Went there with my race/show car with wind damage and they took care of my car as if it was there own. They did a custom color and I wanted fixed or anything I noticed and needed to be changed they told me to come in and they will take care of it. Amazing shop by far!

Took my truck thee for collision repairs and they did a poor job. My paint started to chip off months afterwards and they got upset that I complained about it. Bunch of scams and poor management. Owner threatened to hit me with a metal rod because I kept complaining that did they something wrong to my electrical wiring for my doors and windows. Don't ever take a motorcycle there also...they do not know how to repair motorcycles. They couldn't even put mine together correct.
