Tom has been repairing my cars since 1994 and has always done an excellent job with all of the challenges that I have brought to him. He is a great mechanic and understands how to work with a budget by separating the absolute, must fix right now problems from the "it would be nice to fix this, but it can wait a few months" problems. I absolutely trust his honesty, integrity, professionalism and most importantly, skill and competency with automobiles.

I have been a customer of German Car Repair for over 30 years. We first found German Car Repair because we owned 2 VW bugs. As we moved on to Japanese and American cars over the years, Tom continued to give them the same excellent care as he did our German cars. We tend to buy our cars used and always bring prospective cars to Tom for evaluation before buying, which has helped us be sure we're selecting cars in good condition to begin with. Tom then takes great care of them, always recommending *appropriate* (read: not expensive and unnecessary) upkeep. The shop is somewhat hidden behind another repair shop. It isn't fancy and there are no waiting rooms, coffee machines, or other items to add to the cost of my repairs. As a woman, I appreciate that Tom treats me with respect, something I've not always experienced at the dealer. We currently own 3 cars with an average age of 14 years. We credit that to Tom's excellent service. He truly cares about his work and it shows in our cars.
