As a younger female trying to manage car repairs, my biggest fear is being taken advantage of. And let's face it, it happens more than we like. This is my second time working with Perry's Auto and I have to say the work they do and the way the treat you as a customer is second to none. I feel secure that they aren't "taking advantage of me because I am a girl" by the way they communicate with me throughout the service and follow-up after completion, look for competitive prices with the needed parts, and provide information on several warranties that I wasn't aware of. An example, they told me to check my receipts for a strut I had replaced so I can receive the warranty. And not only did they replace it but because of their suggestion I received reimbursement from the other place. If your like me, female or not, and looking for a decent mechanic that you can finally trust you need to check out Perry's Auto!

Consistent Exceptional Service

Four years ago I happened to be grabbing a cup of coffee at one of my local corner stores. I was kindly approached by a man and his wife at which time this gentleman let me know that my inspection sticker had expired. At the time I had a lease vehicle and had relocated to PA, I was confused as the state I had previously resided sent you a notice of reminder. This man was George, the owner of Perry's Auto Service & Service. While I could have taken my vehicle to a dealership I went to George's place of business. He was professional and precise. He is my "go to guy" for all auto issues. I since have purchased a new vehicle and I have had him do all of the work on it as he is Chrysler certified and and stands behind all of his work. The service department from which I purchased my vehicle is very familiar with George as well. Nothing but good things have been said to me about him. In fact, the one time that I took my vehicle to the dealership I questioned a repair that the dealership was going to do and I called George. As a professional courtesy he went to the dealership to talk to the service manager and take a look at my vehicle while it was at the dealership. I am challenged to think of many business owners that would do this. He called me back and validated the work that needed to be done. He also looked up the issue to see if it was a known issue with my new vehicle. My son also takes his vehicle to him. I called George one morning because my son got a flat tire on his way to work and before I could say any more George offered to go change the tire where he was or get my sons' vehicle to his shop to take care of the tire. It was not necessary as we have AAA, and my son was intending to take his vehicle there for the tire, but nonetheless this type of assistance was truly appreciated and very difficult to find today. As the previous review from the woman stating that she felt she was taken advantage of because she was a female I beg to differ. As a female I can tell you that George operates his business with integrity and ethics. In addition, I have received multiple calls from him prior to work being done with either the exact cost or an estimate within a few dollars. His business is a true reflection of his personal character. I would and have highly recommended his business for service and I am grateful for the ethics in which he and his staff apply to their work.

My husband and I are full-time in a 5th wheel rv and travel through different states. Recently we were passing through Pennsylvania and the breaks in the truck started to make a grinding noise. We walked into Perry Auto Service to see if they could take a look at the brakes. They could've been more helpful. They got us into one of their bays within an hour. Within a couple of hours we were on our way, brakes fixed. They treated us like we were regular customers. The amount we were charged was very fair for the work that was done.

Was looking to get my travel trailer inspected as other service places I called were booked up and someone recommended Perry Auto. I was very pleased in scheduling and getting the task done. I bought a used car here 2 years ago and have since started taking all our family cars to Perry for service. The little used Mazda 3 I bought for my kids has been great. No problems at all. As far as service, I have taken 4 cars to them in the last 6 months. They are honest and thorough, and George, the manager, is a pleasure to work with. Our bills are far less than when we take the cars to the dealer. I highly recommend Perry!

They are a small shop but I brought my Subaru in there for repairs to its bumper after I was involved with a hit and run accident. My power window's motor also was burned out and I needed a state inspection. They did a great job and I would use them again..

My car broke down in Hamburg and I chose to tow it to Perry's because of a good Yelp review. I am happy to say that they certainly lived up to their five star rating. George was very knowledgable- he diagnosed all of my car problems and even took the time to show me the parts that were broken and explain how it affected my car's performance. It is certainly nice to meet someone in the auto repair business who provides preventative maintenance tips and efficient work instead of overcharging or trying to sell me things I don't need. Thanks Perry Auto Service for helping me get back on the road safely and thanks George for your generosity!

I was visiting the area from DC when I had an unexpected breakdown and chose randomly to tow to Perry's. It was a lucky pick. George was incredibly helpful and kept me posted about the status of my car while I waited. Not being familiar with the area and very unfamiliar with cars I was worried about the estimate, but the repairs were fair and reasonable and the customer service was great. They really helped me out of a bind and made my breakdown as painless as possible.
