With so many dishonest mechanics in the auto repair industry, and even in the local area, it's hard to find one who does a good job and won't try to screw you in the process. Before I knew about these guys I was taking my car to a shop in my home town over three hours away.
This is the only mechanic in Rolla I trust. I've never had any issues with the jobs they'e done. If I lived in the same state I would pay to tow my car to this shop if I had to.
You'll wait a while for some work, and often might have to leave your vehicle there for the day, so arrange transportation and call in advance. They are that busy, which is also a good sign. I'd rather wait all day for a job done right than have a terrible job done and get quickly duped.

Little out of the way hidden "gem" They were able to get me in on the same day to get an inspection (after calling about 10 other places in Rolla). The guys there like to socialize, but being around people who actually enjoy their job is nice. Got an inspection sticker and new brake light (which was all I needed to pass) for less than 20 bucks. Will be going back there for inspection. Highly recommend.
The place may not look like much but the price and service were top notch.
