With a name like epic auto body I expected the service to be much better than it was. I dropped off my car and they said that it would take a week for it to be finished. Two weeks later I had to call them and ask them where my truck was because not even my insurance company was aware of how long it would take or where my truck even was meaning that they never even called my insurance company after 2 weeks. They kept pushing it back day after day and finally after three and a half weeks I got a call that my truck was ready for pickup. It was okay because I had a rental car covered by my insurance company, but they should have been more organized I feel being a company called epic auto body . they did a good job on the paint except for I feel the day should have done another coat of bondo over the repairs because there are pin holes where the paint has sunk in. I chose to go to epic auto body because they offered me more than the other body shops did. They even painted my trucks canopy to match the paint on my truck. They said that they would buff and polish the truck but they never got around to it

To my surprise this shop recently underwent new management (or ownership). Although the place looks great now, the manger, or possibly new owner, seemed quite disorganized & somewhat scattered. It appeared that there were only a couple employees working there & no structure.
