Brand new car returned to my family damaged. Exterior body work was fixed but several issues with interior. Car came back with a urine smell, dirty Interior, wrong seat placed in vehicle, upholstery changed to cheap seat cover, multiple light on dash indicating electrical issue, 2500 of add'l work needed do electrical damage caused by shop. Owner denied liability and will be served with court papers soon.

A Y motoring is the best collision shop in Michigan. The staff is very friendly great customer service and the building is well put together. Not only is the customer service great but they offer fast service. I took my car there on Monday and it was ready on Wednesday Morning. Al is very friendly and he makes his customers feel comfortable while there vehicle is getting worked on any questions you need to know they will be sure to answer. But most importantly i am very satisfied with my car. They did an excellent job fixing my front bumper. My car looks great. Check them out on instagram @ aymotoring

I am very upset with this company, i took my car in for a sunroof and they did a great job, then i had them change my headlights and that was a mistake that is now costing me big bucks. their worker did not put my seal back on right on one headlight and now i have water in my headlight and the first time i took it in they changed my headlight with a headlight they had in back but again did not replace my seal right so now i have water again but the owner did not want to hear my a woman talking back to him and knowing what i was talking about, so he blamed it on my me and said my headlight is no good, wait what you put that headlight in sir are you kidding me??? The gave me a lifetime warranty on my headlights and he will not honor that either, i did not want them to touch my car ever again, all i wanted was my replacement lights but no. the owner is a dishonest man and doesn't stand by his work, do not go there and complain because he will blame you for his work. find a place other then this place to do business #freedomofspeach.

Worst experience ever I wasn't gonna leave a review but first and foremost I got my car back in February of 2016 from the accident I had back in December 2015. I thought since it was a custom shop the car will return perfect but, these guys are unprofessional they told me all OEM parts was Going back on the vehicle which was a lie all aftermarket parts, paint chipping, rusting from the repairs & bumper, fender and paint dont match. I go back and show the owner AL all the imperfections and body lines in the areas that he did and he got mad making threats n such talking about DON'T MAKE ANY REVIEWS all wanted was my car done right, so the lifetime warranty on paint and parts is nothing but lies NEVER go up there again $7400 dollars gone down the drain keep that u need it more than me. FYI I'm apart of two car clubs all together we are 3000 in counting so I'll make sure that nobody comes here for anything trust me my words are powerful and I know alot of people so don't try me

So they mess up my friends car. Chipping paint on the front bumper cover, paint mismatched and not blended properly, body lines are way off, side marker light is broken and won't go back into place. Then the dumbass owner Al wants to make threats to my friend after he posted a video of the shops shoddy work. Real professional buddy, making threats is an easy way to get a visit from some less than reputable ppl.

If could give a rating of -10 I would. This dealership preys on the consumer with low or minimum credit scores. They neglect to you that interest rate when financing is outrageous especially when buying a used car with out of the norm mileage and no warranty. By the grace of God my niece called me before she signed the contract and the owner Omar tried to undermine her into buying the call and when I contacted the dealership and attempted to discuss the terms with him he told me since I am not involved in the deal and I explained that I am my niece guardian he abruptly hung up. Consumers shop around to get the best deal read your contract fully and repeat do not do business with Omar Cars you will deeply regret it!!! I will be reporting him to every state agency for unethical business practices
