On my way up north for the 4th of July, my car ended up breaking down near Bridgeport. I got my car towed to Gales for repairs but found out that it would have been too much to fix. Being 2 hrs from home, my boyfriend and I had to rent a car to get back. But when the car company couldn't come pick us up, Nadia at the front desk quickly offered to drive us herself. I've never experienced such great customer service! She went above and beyond and helped us out when we were in such a difficult situation. She was also very helpful and nice to work with when figuring out how to deal with my car the following week. I'm lucky to have broken down so close to Gales!

They show great care for their customers! Very witty when it comes not only the booking process of bringing a car in but also the fix. Brought my car in for a fix and they fixed it and everything around it for a great price. They even offered to buff out a scratch i had on my hood. These guys rock and id recomend them to anyone.
