If you want an honest opinion of your car problems and to be quoted a fair price, then this is the place. Best kept secret in town. We have taken all of our kids cars there (4) plus our own. He is consistently honest and fair. Randy is easy to work with and we refer everyone to him. 5 stars!

I went to Bailey's after receiving a few estimates to fix what I believed were warped rotors. One shop said I needed to replace all 4 rotors and brake pads. When I called Bailey's he said it was probably just the front rotors and depending on the life left on the rotors they might just need to be resurfaced and if the brake pads were good there was not reason to replace them.
Sure enough resurfacing the the front rotors solved the problem and for less than $100 I was back on the road, safe, and happy.

The absolutely most honest , reliable and reasonable place EVER! Best place in the valley to get your brakes worked on or replaced . Will check out noises and complaints and will refer you out if the work is not in their area of expertise.
It's a bit daunting to know nothing about cars and be so trusting of servicemen , but Randy is an outstandingly honest and thorough professional . I've sent my friends, kids , and coworkers all there and all have been pleased.
- I had a very well known service/repair shop quote me around 3500 dollars for all the work that I supposedly needed and Randy did an adjustment for 20 dollars and told me that in the future I would have about a 600 dollar repair but that I didn't need it yet. That was 11 months ago, the car is still running fine and I have put a lot of mileage on it! Can't recommend highly enough!

I WANT EVERYONE TO GO AND SEE RANDY!!! He is, hands down, the best service person in the entire state of Arizona! We are so happy he stuck to his guns and didnt allow the city to shut his location down of 30 plus years! I can't ever see taking our 4 cars any place else than his place. He's truly the last of the Mohicans, he truly cares about his customers.

Before I moved here, I got a quote on some work I needed done. I came into Bailey's, told them what I had been told, they took a quick look at my car and told me that I didn't need to pay near that much. A little over an hour later, my car was done and I spent about half of what I expected. Go see these guys!

We have used Bailey's brakes for our car many times. They are honest. Don't try to overcharge . Their prices are very reasonable and don't oversell. The workers are courteous and truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend them!
