My husband dropped off our car because there was a problem with the clutch. It was fixed and we picked it up only to have the same problem occur a day or two later. We dropped it off again and the mechanic stated, after 1 week of us being without a car , that he could not find the part. My husband went online and ordered the part and took it to the shop. We were told it would be less than hr, my husband dropped it off at 8 am and when he went to pick it up before work at 1pm, was told it wasnt ready! The mechanic did not know how to connect the wire... ONE WIRE.... and because of this mishap my husband was late to work! After 7 hours, for a 1 hr job it was finally completed. This shop has horrible service! Our family was inconvenienced for two and half weeks dealing with this place! This is extremely unacceptable and upsetting! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in this area!!!

I've given them over $10,000 worth of work and the other reviews are spot on. sub par work on beaters, no problem. I used to take an old volvo to them, but even that old piece of junk they took over $2k from me replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced when all I had was a corroded connection to the turbo. When I brought in a car recently that I care about to have the brakes replaced with a simple bolt on kit they mangled my new bigger brakes kit beyond recognition to make them fit the wheels and slathered paint on them to hide their f'd up work, getting red paint all over the car. To add insult to injury, they refused to reimburse me for their work or the parts they destroyed. I will never go back and I'm filing a complaint with the DMV. Buyer beware for sure.

Honest, affordable car repair. You'll never get ripped off and they do fast, great work and are always friendly. It's worth my trip from Brooklyn Heights out to Williamsburg. I wouldn't take my care anywhere else!

After vowing to not return after being overcharged for some repairs years ago - I took my car to Joe's for a basic inspection because its near where I work. After a few hours (with no phone call) I returned to find that my vehicle had failed inspection for 2 separate "safety" issues. When I explained that the car was just purchased and had passed PA inspection not more than 8 weeks prior, I was told that they must have overlooked these concerns. Not willing to accept the $600+ of proposed repairs without a second opinion, I took my car to another local garage who confirmed that my car was fine, safe and okay to pass inspection. Buyer Beware.

Love these guys! I had a 1999 Mitsubishi they helped me keep alive for years. Neel is honest and tells you like it is. I had a flat tire once that screwed up the bolts and they saved me $$ by doing some welding.

Avoid this business at all costs.

This gives you the Better Business Bureau rating of this shop. F.
They wrecked my car and denied it. On top of that, they filled my carpet with greasy boot prints and the outside was covered with black handprints. They never admitted the damage they caused and the repairs they made to my exhaust had to be redone by a mechanic who actually knew how to weld properly.
These guys are a joke. And they will screw you every chance they get.
