Very pleased with their service and willingness to make sure the job was done right and that I got what I paid for! This is coming from someone who is VERY particular about who he lets work on his vehicles.

Very good shop, I called around and found that their prices were real good and they did great work. They are very polite and even gave me a ride to work while they repaired my car ,and then they also picked me up when it was ready .I recomend them highly .

Olin worked on my car and was very thorough and explained everything! Let me know what issues we needed to address and showed me the bad parts from my car. Highly recommend these guys.

Olin has been servicing my BMW's for over 20 years. He is by far the best BMW mechanic you will find. He is located on Milwood between Gervais Street and Taylor/Forest Drive. Olin and Jay are very friendly and always willing to spend a little extra time explaining the issues at hand. Honesty and integrity are the two words I use most in describing these two guys. I was out of town and had a piece of metal go though the a/c condenser on my 540. The local shop in Raleigh gave me an estimate of $1500 for the repair. I decided to drive back to Columbia without a/c..... Olin's repair, parts and labor.... $996. If you are looking to buy a used BMW, seek Olin's input and guidance. His knowledge and experience with all types and years of BMWs will help you make the right decission. I highly recommend you take your BMW to Olin's for service.

Spectacular. Olin is a wonderful guy who is helpful and friendly. He always does a great job and keeps the communication open. I'll summarize my experiences with Olin by posting a note he has pinned up in the office from another customer: "On our recent trip to Columbia, we encountered an electrical problem on our BMW 735 that needed attention. Since we were not familiar with the local market, the car was taken to Hancock Motor Co., the local BMW dealer. We were advised that a computer would have to be replaced at a cost of $985 plus. A gentleman with whom I was meeting recommended that we take the car to 'Imports Only' and as Mr. Olin Gayle to render a second opinion. Mr. Gayle diagnosed the problem and repaired the malfunction within ten minutes!! His charge was $1.00!! It is unfortunate that we do not have more honest people like Mr. Gayle. He and his company are a shining example of what a competent, professional , honest and fair business should be." Olin is honest and good at what he does - if you have a BMW bring it to him.

Olin has been fixing my car for years. Always does a good job too. His prices are very reasonable. However they only fix BMW's. The place definitely isn't the prettiest place on earth, but keeping my car up and running is the most important thing. If you have a BMW..... This is the place to come!

Easily the best BMW repair business in Columbia. Olin and Jay know BMWs, and are extremely honest, too.
