Trask Automotive has been maintaining my 08 BMW 528 for a couple of years now and is doing an excellent job with both minor services and major repairs. Glad to have a competent and reliable local mechanic who gives excellent service. He is doing such a good job with the BMW that we have started taking our Subaru Outback to him for service.

Without Rodney, we would not have kept our 2003 VW Passat wagon. Recently, a challenging coolant leak was fixed by Rodney's persistence. If a customer has any concern regarding a previous repair, Rodney is willing to take another look at it again and get it corrected. He has provided us great service at a reasonable price. With his help and support, we will kept our VW another decade plus and 100k miles.

Rodney delivers dealership-level quality and expertise, minus the overhead. I've been driving VW's and Audi's for almost 30 years, so I have plenty of experience servicing these cars. He fixed a particularly tough issue (see Audi A4 CVT transmission failure). I had written the car off based on what I read online. However, Rodney patiently worked with me for over a year, and was able to resurrect the car. It is driving as it was when it was new. He is more than fair, and is very transparent. He talks to you so that you understand the problem and the solution. If you're looking for an alternative to the dealership, but want complete confidence you're getting expert help, Rodney is an excellent resource.
