Tim Damreh and his entire crew at the Automotive Trauma Center in Raleigh are wonderful. Everyone is respectful and pleasant and they provide the best customer service I've ever experienced at a car repair shop. They always call to let you know what the issue is with your vehicle, give you a price and time estimate and will then call to update you if any of that changes as they are working. There are never any surprises, and their workmanship is top notch. My family and I won't take our vehicles anywhere else.

I took the car in for a service engine light and the oil light. They charged me like the were the dealership. Four days later the service engine light was on again and the oil lamp light up everytime I crank up the car. They never fixed my original request. My boyfriend said I got the most expensive car tune-up he has ever seen. I would never take my car there again.
