DON'T BUY HERE!!!!! I bought a 2007 yukon from them, I heard a weird noise I asked the "TECHNICIAN " there, he said it was the GPS, turned out it was the alternator I had to buy that for $150 then check engine light comes on as soon I drove it out of there, so i called them they told me they can't help me. turns out its the fuel pump I had to buy that for $450 and still see what else comes out They are very rude people. Customer beware, please make sure you always get a written estimate, Mechanic is very dishonest. Tells you a verbal estimate, when work is done you go pick up your auto, it turns out the total amount is way more expensive than what the original verbal amount was. I Will never take may car there again. I paid $853.00 for this mechanic to fix my A/C.

Honest service. Joe Perez Jr. has patience and the heart of a teacher (as Dave Ramsey would say). The shop is family own and has been here for for more than 20 years, and he has newspaper articles to prove it it hanging in the office.

The mechanic is dishonest. He tried to charge $80 for a test on an a/c. Then he said depending on the problem it could cost over $400 just for labor and that parts could be a lot more. Took it down the sreet. Other guy did test free and gave honest estimate explaining everything in non mechanic speech. Do not go to arrow.

I came here to get my brothers wheels aligned, I guess it was just bad timing cause I caught them when the entire crew was out to lunch. When they came back they started working on someone else's car that had just pulled up. I noticing they had skipped servicing me, I ask how much longer it will be before they can work on my car, the gentleman must have taken that the wrong way and immediately became defensive on the way they run business here. Apparently they take appointments which is fine but at least let customers know what's going on and the reason for the wait time. Once again I asked how much longer it would be till they work on my car and he said he didn't know and not to rush things. If it weren't for the cheap price ($25) I would of given this place 1 star instead of 2, and for that I congratulate.
