I have a Toyota Camry which had an air conditioning problem. Others said I needed a new compressor. The car would cool while idling but on the highway it would stop cooling. I took the Camry to FADALLA AUTO AIR. The owner kept the car for two days so he could drive it on the interstate. He determined that the a/c hoses were disintegrating internally. The bits of rubber were clogging the system. He replaced the hoses and purged the system. The cost was considerably lower than replacing the compressor. I will never bring my business here again. Just wanted my AC fixed. Paid over 300 dollars for some hoses and what I hoped would be a repair. It works! Or worked... for a week. Came back and all the freon had leaked out. What?? I just got new hoses! They refilled the freon. Guess what? One week later the AC was blowing hot again, hmmmmmmmmmmm. Went to another ac place and stood with the guy and watched all the freon shoot out of where Fadallas had replaced the hoses. They didn't put a new O-Ring in! So when they refilled the freon the first and second time they failed to see freon shooting out of the car? Fadallas said I needed to replace some other parts in the car for another 200. Lying company that sabotages your car for money. Never again.

This company does not deserve to have even one star!!! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. They will quote you one price but then when you go to pick up your car they will quote a substantially higher price. Originally quoted $850 for air compressor repair then after installing the air compressor was told I need to pay $1400 total. They were rude and did not want to remove the part after I told them this was more than I could afford. DO NOT USE FADALLA'S!!! Don't take my word, research and look up other reviews. There are plenty of negative ones. I wish I had checked them out before going.

The work was good, they tried really hard to correct a misdiagnosis and I appreciate that. But the customer service from the front desk was terrible. Go in on a day that she's on vacation.

Wish I would've read these reviews before I went and sat in that shop for over 4 hours , it's like I wasn't even there they didn't start looking at my car until I start complaing. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone period.
