By far the most honest automotive repair in the area. I would highly recommend this business. There price is always the best and the service is always outstanding. As a single mother the relief of knowing that I can count on them for my automotive repairs is huge.

Can't recommend this shop enough. Showed up on a whim and left with a great custom exhaust. All the employees are very personable and very honest. I live in the city and will be driving out to st Charles for all work on my truck! If you have a car/truck you want to sound a little better make sure you stop into Action Auto!

Action Auto has been a great find for us! We are new to the area and had some issues with our Volvo. Richard was great in identifying the issue and helping us plan out the service needed. I highly recommend these guys! They are honest and great to work with.

I have teens with high mileage cars. Those need repair from time to time. Have had many of them serviced at action and they have been great. They tell the truth about what is definitely needed and what can wait a bit. Their prices are great and the staff is outstanding .
There is a reason the place is always busy. You can trust these guys and they do great work!

I've had them work on many vehicles from my 65' Galaxie to my mother in laws 2006 Mazda 3 they are professional competent and best of all they keep you apprised of changes as they occur, unlike most shops that notify you when you go to pay the bill

good worksmanship, oem parts, and reasonable labour fees. work has consistantly been atleast 20%( or more) cheaper than the dealearship on major repairs for my volkswagen diesel. years after work performed has also provided me work history invoice copies to submit to VW for reimbursement at no cost
