My brand new 2016 Mustang GT was delivered from the factory with a couple of small imperfections, and the guys at Jones Ford went to the trouble to set me up with Madison and his guys at DentXpress for the repair. I met with Madison and his repair tech, Dwight, and they repaired four small dings on my vehicle, three on the door, and one on the roof, all within a half hour. I watched the process they went through, and it truly is non-invasive. As an engineer, I was extremely impressed with the methods they used to extract the dents and level the surface, and the professionalism that they exhibit is far superior to any body shop I've dealt with in the Low Country.
Bottom line is, I take the care of my cars extremely seriously, and I don't trust just anyone to touch my vehicles. I'd trust Madison and Dwight any day of the week. Their work was spectacular, and while I hope to never need their services again, I'd use them without a second thought.

I had several small dents in my car from someone choosing to parkour all over it. I took it to one of the dealers DentXpress works out of for a quote and Madison took a careful look at it. He was honest about what he thought he could do and gave an estimate, which was below what a collision center gave me.
I took it in the following week and, when I went to pick it up, I was very impressed! You couldn't even tell the dents were there. They were able to remove two small dents on the roof they originally thought they couldn't and still honored the original price. On top of it, Madison was easy and friendly to deal with.
I hope to never be in a situation to have to use DentXpress again, but if I am I would not hesitate to take my car back in.

Jordan was very professional, courteous and did a superb job on our MB fender bender. Could not be more pleased, in every aspect, and would recommend them whole heartily. Nice to deal with this caliber organization. In and out in the time frame they gave me. Made my day!

After getting my first door dent on my Ford F150, I didn't think it would ever be the same. Called Madison @ DentXpress on Tuesday and he set up an appt at a dealership to meet him on Thurs, When I got there he was already there and ready to fix my dent. He was very knowledgeable and courtesy and was able to fix my dent within 45 minutes. The dent was completely out and you would never know there was ever a dent in the door. I highly recommend Madision at DentXpress to anyone that needs dent repairs.

Dwight fixed a dent in my son's 2013 Civc that was right against the driver side door. I don't know exactly how he did it but you can't tell the dent was ever there. Great job great price. Kudos Dwight!

I would definitely recommend DentXpress. Response and service time was definitely fast and convenient. Bring cash or check to your appointment, though; no cards accepted.
