A few years ago, I had my car wrapped in logos of my favorite baseball team. Burt & his team did an excellent job, helped me with the design, responded promptly to my emails, and only needed my vehicle for a couple days. I was thrilled with the outcome, and so happy to have a car that stands out.
Two years later, I noticed the rains were causing a leakage problem, as a bubble in the wrap was catching the draining rainwater. Burt handled my call again, and his guys fixed the problem and got me back on the road again in a day.
Vehicle Wraps is a tremendous success, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to make your vehicle stand out!!

I received such great customer service from this company. I worked with Joe and Michael. The email replies were quick, friendly, and the work they did was great. I used to work for a local non-profit organization and they cut a deal with me that saved the company a lot of money and that money directly goes back to the organization so they can help the kids in all their activities; including selling the cookies that we all love. (Yes, that organization.)
I apologize for not letting the world know how awesome the crew over at VWI is sooner. This review is long overdue. Like...8 months overdue. They are truly a tremendous addition to local business. If you don't get your vehicle wrapped here, I don't know what you're doing with your life.

I could give a 0 for this shop I would. I have been a "client" of theirs for several years and during that time period have had them do a large wall mural and a couple of boat wraps. The results of those projects several years ago were good. Then I dealt primarily with Matt F. who is awesome and when the business was smaller made sure things got done correctly!
Recently their customer service is appalling to say the least. I have been working with them for over a month to schedule an installation for 4 car wraps, and a trailer (I would imagine a pretty big job). However they have been unable or unwilling to set a date because of how busy they are and their "larger jobs", that are more "high profile" have kept them too busy. Matt their sales manager committed to the week after the Super Bowl for install which is this week... and still no install date. Further they say because of existing client contracts they are booked out another 2 weeks. This will puts the scheduling of this project at over 1.5 months. Absolutely not acceptable!
If you want to wait for months to get your project done while hearing how busy they are this is is the place for you.
Otherwise stay clear... There are a lot of good options in this industry. This is no longer one of them!

I will stick to the facts and remain objective about this review regarding a vinyl wrap job on a Harley Davidson motorcycle this shop completed.
1. There was no invoice, contract, or piece of paper outlining any details of the job. It resulted in many issues and miscommunications.
2. Vinyl wrap job was done very poorly. There were wrinkles, defects, bubbles, uneven cut lines for the two-tone, massive seams, and patch jobs.
3. There was a miscommunication regarding the design and they printed the camo in the wrong size.
The owner Bert and Matt did not stand behind their work at all! They blamed everything on me and came up with excuse after excuse. I wanted them to re-do the job (as any reasonable shop would do). They declined and wanted to charge me more money. I would use EXTREME caution if you're planning on having this shop do any work for you. I am currently having to resort to a small claims lawsuit to get a refund for this job. (which has since been taken off the bike).

I have a 5th wheel front gel cap that was suffering from oxidation and looking terrible.
I went to Vehicle Wraps Inc. after a horrible experience at another wrap company which caused me to tear off their work and losing $1100 on a very bad job that had numerous uneven seams and terrible color match and customer service.
Vehicle Wraps Inc. took full ownership of the design and color recommendations, attempting to fit my plan. Working with Joe and Mike was a pleasure and they guided us through the processes at all steps, adding their expertise and experience. They made a recommendation to our plan that we had not considered, which lead us to the ultimate correct decision.
The 3 seams are minimal, and only one is barely noticeable. The workmanship is excellent and their service bay is large enough to keep up to a 40 foot 5th wheel secure until the job is completed.
Due to the excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and their desire to make the customer happy, we are having the rear gel cap of the 5th wheel wrapped as well. The gel coat is not a very good color match to the sides to begin with, and although there is minimal oxidation, the new rear wrap will complete the appearance of our trailer.
I highly recommend this company.
8/12/15 UPDATE TO REAR CAP WRAP........
We completed the rear wrap and the results far exceeded our expectations of workmanship quality. The entire complex curved rear cap was completed with only 2 seams and only the top seam on the edges were barely visible. The gel coat caps never really matched the trailer and the thought of constant buffing out made wrapping the caps more attractive. The new look really complements and matches the trailer.
The company workmanship is commendable.

Eskaton recommends Vehicle Wraps Inc. to anyone who needs logos and messaging added to their company vehicles. The attention to detail provides a high quality final product. The cars, trucks and vans looks like one fluid piece giving our nonprofit organization excellent brand recognition. We've had designs on 12 different makes and models over the last several years and have always been pleased with the customer service and professionalism.

I got a car wrapped with Vehicle Wraps for my company. They helped me pick a design that embodied the look I was hoping for, and the car was done a day earlier then they quoted. Michael Beall had great customer service the whole time. I was referred to them by another satisfied customer, and I would happily do the same. :-)

I called Vehicle Wraps asking if they would be willing to help make a banner for our fundraiser. A mom of students at the school where I teach has stage 4 breast cancer. Without hesitation, Michael said, "Of course." He said his is a company that wants to give back to the community. He gave us a huge discount for the banner, designed it beautifully, and had it ready for us the next business day! I highly recommend Vehicle Wraps!

I found Vehicle wraps through a google search. We had purchased two new service vans for our plumbing company and thought it would be a good idea to do some different advertising on them to make them stand out. We had never done this before so we had no idea what we wanted. I called Vehicle Wraps and Rebekah in their design dept answered and was extremely helpful. I told her we wanted our logo, website, phone number and blue colors, within a few days we had a proof with three great options. We quickly approved, dropped the vans off on the next Monday and they were ready for pick up first thing on Thursday. We are very happy with how they turned out and the service we received. We will be returning in the future and will recommend.

In December of 2014 I took my motorhome to Vehicle Wrap, Inc. for an estimate for a vinyl wrap. I had no experience with wraps and did not know what to expect. I worked with Mike, one of the designers, and was quite pleased with his work and final design.
I made it very clear that I wanted the coach by Christmas, and would rather come back in January if that would be a problem. I was assured by Mike that they could get it done in December. When I said Christmas I should have said Dec 23, not just "by Christmas". But I didn't. When I called on Dec 22, I had to be very adamant that I wanted it the next day. Mike finally said he would have it done on the 23rd. I suppose they thought they had 'til Christmas eve, and I can't really blame them. For that I will give them one more star than I think they deserve. I believe they wanted very much to get my coach in and done to have it included in their December business totals. I wish they would have told me to wait 'til January because any delay would screw up their December schedule. In hindsight I believe they made their December schedule too tight by accommodating me. And I did delay them some as we struggled to choose the right colors.
When I picked up the coach on Dec 23, I had to wait around several hours for them to complete it. They were under the gun, but again, I was willing to have waited 'til January for the wrap, but they wanted to do it in December.
When the coach was delivered to me, supposedly done, I found several things wrong: a grill on the hot water heater access door was missing, an outdoor electric plug was taped back in place instead of being properly attached, screens over exhausts on the furnace and hot water vents were missing. The workers had forced them off, ruining the attachment devices. Hinges and jambs of the main door, hood and access doors were left undone with the old color showing brightly and looking awful. I mentioned these items to the owner and his response was essentially no response. In the days following the wrap I discovered the windshield wipers had been reattached improperly and would not work. The right mirror was loose enough to vibrate while driving and the electrics were not reattached properly leaving the left mirror unable to be adjusted remotely. The Ford V-10 emblems were removed but not reattached. They were tossed into a small box along with the bug screens and a few other items, and left inside the coach. The unspoken message was loud and clear: the parts left over were my problem. I needed the coach for a Christmas trip, and would be living in it the following week. I could not refuse the coach because of the sloppy and incomplete work, and decided then and there that whatever the shortcomings of Vehicle Wrap, Inc. were, and whatever the undone issues were, I'd prefer to have it done elsewhere. I would not trust it to Vehicle Wrap, Inc. again. Ever.
I had to hire a professional painter to paint the many areas that were left the old color. I had to have special paint mixed to match the colors of the wrap. That cost was $600.
I had the side rear view mirrors tightened and the electric wires reattached so both worked. That cost was $100.
Earlier this week I took the coach in to another wrap company to fix several areas that had bubbled or come unattached. The gal who fixed that was very good and had the job done in just 40 minutes. I could have taken the coach back to Vehicle Wrap, Inc. for those items and I'm sure they would have fixed them. However, after the many issues listed above, I was not about to have Vehicle Wrap, Inc. get their hands on my coach again.
I saw several big name companies represented by their vehicles at Vehicle Wrap, Inc.'s lot during the time they worked on my coach, and have read the five star ratings on this site. I'm sure Vehicle Wrap, Inc. is capable of good work, and saw some nice examples of it while on their premises. Even so, the shoddy and careless work shown on my coach has convinced me that I would never, under any circumstance, let them touch anything of mine again. I am thoroughly disgusted with the sloppy job they did for me.
I paid the balance due of the agreed $5600. Mike asked me to pay an extra $200 for the delay and I suppressed my laughter. He also asked me to sign a document stating that the coach was complete and I was happy with it. Naturally, I refused.
I have posted photos to the Internet of some of the issues I mentioned above. Those photos may be viewed here:
I expect that if Vehicle Wrap responds to my review they will blame the issues on my insistence that the coach be completed on Dec 23. Still, they could have recognized the tight schedule they created for themselves and agreed to have me wait 'til January for the work to be done. As mentioned above, I had made it very clear I was willing to wait 'til then.
I have learned most things the hard way, and this has been one hell of a lesson!

UPDATE; Matt contacted me and explained the situation, which was a mix up on his end. As I stated before, this shop's customer service is excellent. I accepted the quote and now we'll see if their work quality matches their customer service.
I was a bit surprised at the outcome of my dealings with Matt and the Vehicle Wraps team. I first contacted them via their website and received superb customer service. After a few emails describing my truck and the work I stopped in for a quote. My request was not their usual deal. I just wanted the discolored fenders on my truck wrapped with a close match to the paint I had. The gal at the desk was helpful, came straight out and started trying to match color tiles to my rig. The techs were a bit less interested, but again, my request was not glamorous like the vehicles in their shop at the time. Anyway, the gal took some pictures, the techs gave me an idea of what they'd have to do and roughly what it might cost, and I provided my contact info asking for a quote. That was the last I heard from this shop. I emailed Matt again and even he stopped communicating. So, the only reason it is not a one star is simply because I don't think they knew how to tell me "we don't want to do your job" and instead just ignored me. Otherwise, I'm pretty confident I'd do business with them for "normal" vehicle wrap work.

Vehicle Wraps Inc. Wrapped our Food Truck Cluck n Chuck, and did an awesome job! They were very easy to work with, we had to put off our scheduled date for the installation while other work on the truck was being done, and they moved they're schedule to fit ours. Joe Menendez did an AMAZING job with the design! We will definitely use them again and again!

I recently had my step van wrapped with Vehicle Wraps. I am so pleased with the way it turned out! I mean it is absolutely beautiful! I worked with Kory, who is one of the designers. I had some ideas of what I wanted but not really anything that I could show him. He took my ideas and expanded upon them and in the end turned out a great product. I would highly recommend Bert and his team for your vehicle wrap needs! thanks guys!

These guys are awesome! I went into this process looking for a wrap. I contacted a few different companies and Burt was the first to respond and almost right away. I still wanted to check out what everyone had to offer so I met a couple of other companies also. After meeting with the design team at Vehicle Wraps I felt like they understood what I was looking for which was to stand out but also make it clear what I'm selling right away. After seeing the initial designs, I knew we where on the right track. I didn't take long to get the final design. After having the wrap installed, it gives me instant credibility and allows me to advertise everywhere I go. The final product it awesome. Anyone looking for a good way to advertise should seriously think about a wrap. If you're thinking about a wrap, give Vehicle Wrap's design team a chance. I'm very sure that you'll be sold!

I got my first wrap from VW in Feb 2012. It came out very well, no problems, wrinkles, or bubbles and withstood two car washes a week. After an increase in business I bought another car in late 2012 and had my 2nd wrap done in December. Once again lead designer Joe M. was in charge of my graphics. I thought about using my own ideas again, but Joe had plethora of experience in interpreting thoughts into magic, so I let him throw up some mock-ups and sure enough, they were better than anything I could come up with. My first wrap was real bright, the second one had a bold black background, with matching window graphics, perfect for the black rims and deep tint. I couldn't have come up with a better wrap on my own.
It's now July 2013, and I shit you not business is up 80%. I don't know what to say; but at this rate my next car purchase will be for personal use.
Thanks Joe, Burt, and the entire installation crew. My car is my first impression with clients, and it's definitely working!

Response to Victor P (who responded to my original negative review)...
1. I was never told not to put chemicals on the wrap.
2. The bubbles and uneven lines in the wrap never disappeared, even after leaving the car in the sun all the next day.
3. When I called back to the shop I was told that the uneven surfaces were due to stretching the vinyl fabric around curves, and that it was "normal".
I was sold a bill of goods and was never completely happy, despite the shop's statements to the contrary. True, I did give them my card as they asked for it, and also they "asked me" to distribute their brochures at my next club meeting.

Fantastic Job! These guys came through for our company when the others failed to deliver. When we were shopping around for a vehicle wrap, we tried to save a few dollars by going to a competitor wrap company. That company gave us a boring design and told us we could "install it ourselves". We quickly learned this was a problem. We brought it to Vehicle Wraps Inc. to install the other guys work. Burt and his team pointed out how poorly "the other guys" wrap was printed and how it would never fit our car. He also showed us how cheap the printed material was. I guess you get what you pay for. Burt turned us over to Joe, his supervisor of the design team who came up with an awesome design in no time. A design that was eye catching and really gets our message across. Next we had the team at Vehicle Wraps Inc. install our wrap. The entire team jumped in and had it done to perfection. They even stayed late to make sure it was done that same day. And best of all, they did it at a price that any business could afford. If you need a wrap that is done right the first time and at a great price, go see the team at Vehicle Wraps Inc. The team at Vehicle Wraps Inc. far exceeded our expectations. We needed vinyl stickers made for a new mobile beverage business and received quotes from several companies, Vehicle Wraps Inc. was accessible and reasonably priced. Once we gave them our logo, the designer asked if we would like him to take some creative liberty with the design and came up with three new designs that were all better than anything we could have done ourselves. Once the design was done, there was a long lag time until we actually had the stickers applied. During this waiting period, the team followed up regularly and assured us they would be able to fit us in when we were ready. The day we brought the trailer over, they were ready with the stickers and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. Our colors match perfectly, the application is smooth and the service was quick.

So I previously wrote VWI a great review after the first time he made an attempt to fix his work but after the 3rd time I had to retract that review! I looked for almost a year and did my research to find a legit shop to wrap my 2011 Nissan Armada in matte black and I was told about Bert at VWI. I called Bert and felt good about having him do the work, he sounded knowledgeable and professional but unfortunately this was where the nightmare started! Bert wraped my vehicle the first time and when I picked it up it was raining outside so I couldn't see much but it looked good, a few days later I went to wash it and noticed alot of bubbling, creases and discoloring of the vinyl alog with a ton of seems. I called Bert and he was very nice told me bring it back and we would fix it but explained to me that there was going to be seems and I was ok with that. I went back picked my vehicle up and it looked good so I took it home and again went to wash it and seen that there was still issues of bubbling, creases and discoloration but this time I saw a small cut to my weather stripping so I went around my entire vehicle to see if there was any other damage and found that my weather stripping around both doors had been cut with a razor blade found the interior of my door had a small cut and found a very large cut across my headlight. I immediately took pictures and sent them to Bert, I told him dont worry about the interior or headlight I just wanted my weather stripping to be replaced so that I would not get water into my vehicle, Bert asked me to bring it in and he would be happy to fix the vinyl again and replace the weather stripping. I got a text from Bert of a picture of my rear hatch and a spot where my paint was removed when he took the vinyl off, he said he would put it in writing that he would take responsibility to fix the paint and any further damage. I went to pick my vehicle up to find that Bert super glued all of my weather stripping and he pointed out more razor blade cuts on my rear hatch, he told me that he was going to order 2 new pieces to replace those parts. I took the vehicle home only to find all the same issues and more razor blade cuts to my paint, by this time I was done and asked Bert to remove the vinyl so we could see if anymore paint was going to be removed or if there was any more cuts to my paint, I also told him I wanted a full refund of $1850 and he agreed and ask me to bring it to his shop. I took it and droped it off only to have him call me the next day refusing to take the vinyl off or give me a refund because as he said it was to big of a project and asked that we go to his insurance with the issues. I went to his insurance they came out and took pictures only to tell me Bert as they said had the bare minimum of coverage he can get away with and they will not cover any of the damage! I now have a vehicle that looks horrible and cut to hell, in order to have all the damage that we can see and any other under the vinyl fixed I have no choice but to take him to small claims court. I.would NEVER recommend VWI to anyone, there work is BEYOND HORRIBLE and for some strange reason they dont know how to use a razor blade and will cut your car and glue it back together and call it a day!

They replaced the transmission in my work van which failed a few months later, and wouldn't re warranty replacement, and my exhaust vibrates now because they didn't do a good job putting them back in place after they installed the 2nd transmission. The 2nd one shifts hard into 2nd gear, but I can't afford to take it off line again to deal with it. I referred a friend there before all this for they're work van and they're transmission failed a year and a half later after warranty expired. Plus they jacked my friend around two other repairs prior to the transmission. They act like they care and want to hook you up, but in the end you get screwed.

First exprience whit this company is not good. I requested a detailed estimate and bill. Service writer informed me that the bill would be higher if he had to give a detailed receipt. Which is madatory by Law int the state of California. They first quoted me $1200 and stated that they would charge at the most $1500 if hard parts were require. A couple of days later he called and told me it was going to be an additional $500 not the three hundred the initially. Now the bill is up to $1700 . I I will not reccommend this shop to any one.
