very great place to take your car, very honest, they tell you what you need and what can wait. the manager helps you with any questions or problems you have. i would recommended this place to everyone. they do everything from a to z. thank you complete auto repair i will see you soon

Excellent work at a REASONABLE price!

Being a college student i don't have a lot of money to be going to the dealer or any of these high priced mechanic shops around pasadena! I discovered C.A.R.S after a friend suggested them to me. I called in for an appointment and they were able to schedule me in the next day! they do great work and all within a reasonable price range! i suggest them to anyone looking for a good deal on GREAT service!!!

I have read a lot of the review's on this Business. Kind of puzzled at their comment's? I have been coming to this particular Meineke location since the ownership had changed about six years ago. This Location has been nothing but professional and courteous every time I have been here ( Which is a lot). I see some writers mentioned something about being pressured about up sales. Last time I checked every place you go is going to try and sell you a service. If you don't want it don't get it. It's a recommendation Folks. I will say this after the first few times I had been there this is the only establishment I will take my vehicles to for everything since they are more than just an Oil Change station. This Meineke has done everything I have ever needed on my vehicles in a very timely and very affordable manner. They have been extremely honest as well, I had brought my car in there once thinking it needed Ball joints. I was totally wrong and it cost me nothing. They told me there was no issue at all. Could they have told me something the Other direction? of course, but they didn't. I had spoke to the Owner of this Location numerous times and he has always been pleasant with a Great sense of humor. With everything being said by myself, is every place perfect? No. But I will say this, if you have had an issue of service at this Meineke just talk to the Management or Owner and I can promise you it would be taken care of. You never know unless you ask right? Keep up the Outstanding work here Guy's. You have earned a life time of Business from me!!!! Keep up the Great Work!!!!!

Came here to get my daughters brake pads replaced, $1100 dollars later I was able to drive the car home. They replaced the battery, rotors, flushed transmission and finally changed the pads. After reviewing the bill I discovered I was charged twice for a couple things. I called other Meinekes to compare prices for the same services and found out I could have had the same services performed at the Meineke in San Bernardino for about half the price. Everyone should stay away from the crook that robbed me here.

came here a few months ago with an appointment to get an inspection of my car to drive for an employer. I waited in the lobby 40 minutes in line to even get to the front desk to sign in fir my appointment. I then waited another hour for my 18 point inspection that should have taken 20 minutes. what was the point of an appointment. thus us bad bad customer service. Time us money. I felt that if thus wasn't the only place contracted to to m uh inspection I would not have gone to this location.

Don't go here if you have an old car! I have a Nissan from 1990 that is worth about $1000. I came in the get an oil change and get my brake pads replaced, but they tried to manipulate me to do 3-4 other things, which would total to $800 in repairs (most of them unnecessary repairs). This was after I told the guy that I just wanted to keep the car running. Brake change worked well and was fair, but this is the typical case of a mechanic trying to get as much money out of you as possible. Service was decent but I would never return here.
