Thanks to "Yelp", I found this amazing auto shop. I knew I couldn't go wrong when all the Yelp reviewers here were raving about Turbo Master. They really do deserve extra "stars" for excellent services and great pricings.
Sam who is the owner was so courteous, friendly and helpful. But the best part of taking my car is that Sam is a truly honest mechanic who will charge you for the work only that's needed at a minimal cost. And also, he is very thorough and fast with his work.
I think I feel an ulcer in my stomach coming back just thinking about all the money I have wasted all these years taking my Mercedes to dealers.

My sister and I have been coming here for all our car needs for the past few years. Sam is a stand up guy and tells you how it is. Won't try to up sell and always recommends only what is necessary. I don't review very often so that should tell you how good Sam and his crew are.

You have a problem with your car or need a quick (and affordable) oil change?? Turbo Masters is the place to take your car! I've know these guys for the longest time! Even after a location and ownership change, they continue to provide the most exceptional service! Same is my guy... I trust him, and anyone who works for him. I have recommended Turbo Masters to anyone and everyone I know, and will continue to do so as long as they are standing! Exceptional customer service service. Affordable service and repairs. I had a 1998 540i and still have a 1999 328i but would have long before had to give them up if it wasn't for Turbo Masters.
I really love our beemers but the cost of repairs is "astrohigh" - at most shops anyway. I find Sam at Turbo Masters very competetive, and Augie, the lead mechanic, able to do any repair with all standard industry guarantees.
I've had a great experience with Turbo Masters since the early y2k's - actually it was Master Care then... so good luck in the future. I just wanted to give a shoutout!

The guys at Turbo Masters are as professional as they come. They will repair your car right the FIRST TIME. I had a problem with a local San Marcos Shop. They destroyed my car. The Techs at Turbo Masters fixed the other chops screw up and got the car back on the road in 2 days. It had been sitting at the other shop for 3 months.
The level of professionalism and integrity shown by TM always has me coming back. I recommend them to my friends and family. You have tried the rest, now try the BEST.

I took my Audi A4 to Turbo Masters, this place is amazing. They really cared for my car, I felt like it was in the hands of someone who was working on their own car. Everyone there was great and did amazing work. Sam has been my go to contact there, super helpful. I live in El Cajon and I will drive down every time I need an oil change or ANYTHING if my car needs to be looked at. These guys are very professional, reliable and worth the drive. Every other mechanic is not trustworthy at all. I trust these guys, they're the real deal. They see the issue and get the job done. I'm very happy with their service. Finally! Real mechanics!

I feel so lucky to have found a mechanic you can trust! I have a older Mercedes and they are expensive to fix. Sam is honest, explains everything to you and gives you options. He also shows you the parts he's replacing. Honest and trustworthy!!! Great guys, would recommend to all my family and friends!

Honest, competent and competitive pricing. My dad has been using Sam and crew for years on repairs to a variety of vehicles. They have treated him like family and always get it right the first time. Recently, I took my RV there for rear brakes and they diagnosed, repaired the problem quickly. Labor estimates are accurate and their mechanics are thorough. Highly recommend these guys.

Turbo Masters is a find. Thaer (pronounced Thay-yer), the owner, is a solid guy who goes above and beyond. He's fair and honest. He has taken care of my cars for the past 10 years. He has helped me sell cars, helped my friends buy cars, handles everything and does it right. He recently moved to a bigger location which is great. This is only my 2nd review and I will continue leaving them because other reviews have helped me so much in the past. I have been going to Turbo Masters for 3+ years & will only ever go to them for all of my car repair needs. Thaer (the owner) is extremely knowledgable and fair on his pricing. Everyone at the shop is great and I am hoping that Sam (shop manager) returns soon because he is so nice and great with giving details of any issues you have with your car. They go out of their way for their customers and even took me home once when I had to leave my car there for so many hours and also picked me up to take me back to the shop when it was all fixed. I highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone looking for honest, very knowledgable, and trusting guys!

I moved out here from NY in 1999 and have been going to Turbo Masters ever since. Thaer and Sam take great care of us and our cars. Every friend we've recommended to them gives them a lot of praise. My car broke down one time about 80 miles from their shop - the tow truck wanted to take me to the nearest repair shop but I refused, I paid the extra money to get towed to the only guys I'd let touch my car. Try these guys, you will love them.

I don't get the person who posted negative review on this amazing auto shop. I recently took my Mercedes to Turbo Master, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received and the minimal charges I was billed. I actually found this place through "Yelp" and all of their reviewers are raving about them, and that is the reason why I decided to have them take a look at my car. And I must say they really do deserve extra "stars" for excellent services and great pricings. Sam who is the owner was so courteous, friendly and helpful. Before even knowing what the customer is needing they say they cannot offer a solution or help. Very rude and eager to hang up the phone. There are countless stores in a 5 mile radius that will offer the same work with a much better attitude.
