Horrible! Please don't waste your money! Crappy repair and paint job. They did not remove all the dents for the repair, but instead left spots and specks of clear coat all over the new paint and windshield. When brought to the owner's attention, he would do nothing but shrug his shoulders and say "that's what happens, it's just dirt in the paint". And then have the nerve to tell me, in my Toyota, that he probably should've buffed those out, but those spots wouldn't be there on a car like a Mercedes. The place is very unorganized, he never seemed to know when I was dropping off or picking up; the job wasn't finished when I went to pick it up, but they never bothered letting me know until I was there; and then tried doubling the estimated price on me at pick up time. All in all, finished product revealed dirt in the paint, bubbles of clear coat, orange peel on the lower parts of the paint job, and terrible customer service. And ladies, he seems to think he can pull one over on female customers.

After getting to town and getting into an unexpected collusion these guys not only were the only ones able to handle nearly all the repair on site, the replaced bumper, suspension tune up and alignment, but also perfectly matched the paint job. With only an incredibly small window to get these repairs complete they not only did a fantastic job but was also incredible with customer service. If I ever have a car problem in flagstaff these are the first ones I'm going to.
