I go to the mechanic's with about as much apprehension as some go with to the dentist; I am not trained like they are, and thus must trust them and pay what they say I need to. What a relief to find Bob Pennacchio! The most honest, trustworthy mechanic I've ever met. I have a new car that is covered under warranty for a while, but I will be back to Bob when the warranty expires.

I was referred to Pennachhios Autos clinic worst mistake ever - he prays on single women. My first red flag was when the person who referred me said he helped a single mom buy a used car from him, but then had gone through multiple used cars...(if hes a mechanic why not fix them?) Then when I brought my vehicle to him he gave me a list of items that needed repair, in order as I requested of importance. The most important item was not listed first and instead he replaced my radiator which was not an issue and later I found out he didnt even put antifreeze back in it nor recharge the refridgerant. I then had to goto a more dependable mechanic who was amazing, took care of my car properly didn't play games, didnt lie and over charge. I would never recommend Pennacchio's to anyone unless you like someone whom is not trustworthy and ps I did file a complaint and received a check back from the BBB.....
