If I lived in Arizona I would never go anywhere else. We had a wonderful 4 years with Harwood Auto Repair. The most honest repair shop I have ever had the chance of using. Seriously miss the service and honesty here in Texas. Plus they would never take advantage of us...if we had a list of repairs needed they would put them in order of what needed to be done first and what could wait a bit longer. Seriously you will not go wrong with using Harwood Auto Repair! They are the best around!!!!!

Love my mechanic. Trustworthy and informative. He gives us choices when he can. He also let's us know if we can wait a little longer to do a repair! Just recently we had a door fixed. He quoted us a price but when we paid it was lower. The part had cost him less than expected and he passed that savings onto us instead of pocketing the money.

We've used John for years and I recommend him to everyone we know. He's honest, hard working and the most knowledgable mechanic. He's always taken great care of our cars. Honestly, if your car needs help, he's great at diagnosing the problem quickly, letting you know what's wrong and then does a great job repairing. And he's always saved our old parts to show us how and why we needed repairs. You'll love him!!

I have taken my cars to John for many years. I so appreciate his honesty and expertise. He never recommends unnecessary repairs, explains everything carefully and is very accommodating (often staying late so I am able to get my car back sooner). I wouldn't take my car to anyone else. I have recommended John to several friends and they have been equally happy with his services.

When ever I have a problem Harwood is my go to mechanic. He is very thuough and honest without the high pressure you may experience at other shops. He prices it fair with no surprises which is nice. He has always been quick at getting the job done and gives updates. Very nice to do business with!

I have been going to John for over 20 years and I would not trust anyone else with my car. Not only does he fix your issue, he gives you a list of things to watch. I am always prepared when I have a repair because John saw it coming! He cares and is a perfectionist. I would recommend anyone and everyone to see John. Once you go you will come back! Mechanic in Mesa recommendation: If you ever need a mechanic to look at your car I put a 100% stamp of approval on John Harwood. He has worked on all of our cars since we have lived here and he is one of the most honest mechanics I or my husband have ever used! He is amazing! Thank you John and Becky Lines Harwood for not only the excellent service but for the peace of mind to be able to take my car somewhere without my husband and know that I will not be taken advantage of. He even gives me a list of things that are now repairs and later repairs. Wish I could take this peace of mind with me to Texas.
