Well idk were to start. My car was hit out side my apartments while wife and I went to the George Lopez show. 20min into our drive towards the show I get a call from friend that my car was hit asked my sister In law to confirm and sure enough quarter panel was destroyed. Contact my insurance asap told me to take in for estaminet which I did I wasn't happy with what they told so I took it to few different shops customer service wasn't so good. Another friend told me about SOS and Oscar so I went there talked to oscar awesome guy good service told me they will take care of me so I left the car there a week later. Now it's back in my hands and I couldn't be happier with the job. Thanx oscar & Saul oh and the rest of the team that stays behind the curtains.

Do not take your car here to get anything done. I came here for fender rolling and only had one fender with a dent and left with all four jacked up and dented with NO love put into the work.
When i told Oscar i wasnt happy with the roll and there is now a dent in my rear driver side fender he said that dent was there when i brought it in....he said he would fix the concerns and id be out in 20 min. 1 hour 30 min later the car was NOT fixed and I left because NoOne who works there give two shits about your car and quality of work.
Just walk inside and look at the disaster of an office they have. It is like a trash land fill in there.
These guys just plain dont CARE. That work was SO bad and disappointing. My car was SO much nicer before I brought it to these guys. I hope you go out of business and make way for a new body shop.

Took my wrx in to replace the front and rear bumpers. Saul and his crew did great work, they definitely hooked me up. The work was done in a timely manor, and any questions I had were andwered promptly. He even took care of some paint defects for me without asking.

I needed to lower my car after installing aftermarket wheels and this guys did a great job with it. The work was done very fast and the service was great. Very responsible and good communication. Great place for any fix with affordable prices; mechanical, exterior and interior.

I had an amazing experience here they are very down to earth people and definitely know what they are doing. I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone i know who needs work done whether its fixing dents and body work to making your ride look awesome. They wrapped my car with carbon fiber and i love it! Everytime i see my car i thank Sos Customz for hooking me up! Keep up the great work guys!

I fought my titan here to have fog lights including wiring and relay installation and to have my truck leveled. They were very friendly and professional and did a great job.
I would recommend this place for anything you need to your car especially custom work..

Took my car here to get the fenders rolled. They did nothing, but mess up my paint and waist my time. Then they tried to charge me additional charges for work they decided to do without my consent. I wouldn't refer someone I dislike to this shop, that's how bad it is.

I have used allot of different shops. SOS takes care of you. Their costumer service is great. They treat you like family and won't BS. They are totally straight up. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to get any work done. They just fixed my Mustang and I'm very pleased. THANK YOU SOS!!

I took my 89 mustang in to get the convertible top replaced and a few other things that needed repair. Saul and his brother evaluated my car and suggested that they could repair the roof instead of replacing it. This was appreciated and saved me several hundred dollars! In addition, they replaced a door handle and rear window motors. The work was done in a timely manner and when I came to pick it up it had been cleaned and washed! When I mentioned that I was going to sell the car, Saul offered to list the car online for me. Above and beyond service. Highly recommended. Thank you guys at SOS.

I have not had anything major done, just a repair to the leather in my passenger seat. They were very helpful in helping me find the closest color to match the existing upholstery. The price was fair, they did add an extra $25.00 to my bill after giving me a quote but after I told them that we had settled on a different price they adjusted the bill. Over all I would consider using them again for a larger job that I have with another car.

I want to at least get this review started so I hopefully save someone else the trouble I experienced. This first pass will be rudimentary to simply say the quality of the workmanship at this place STINKS. I gave them my car along with very expensive parts and they did extremely shoddy work overall. There were a few tasks completed well, like a minor painting job, but otherwise it was awful.
I pointed out a few problems and they flipped it back on me and said the parts I provided were the problem. Belive me, the problem was their lack of knowledge and attention to detail !!! I don't have time right now to write and explain in detail what went wrong but hope to revise this review later and embellish it with examples to demonstrate the the real problem was their work. It was a joke.
I wish I could provide an alternative recommdation to this place, but unfortunately can't. I can only say don't go here, you'll be disappointed.

The people seemed really nice, but the fellow getting the back seat out of my car damaged the corner of my leather upholstery with a screwdriver getting it out and the manager denied it. They gave me a price and I thought it was for the whole seat repair, but after done, it was just the top. Disappointed they were not more straight forward.

Cut corners on a '67 Impala restoration to a degree I have to actually undo what little work they did, and the shop had it for 8 months longer than estimated. Over sewn seams, peeling vinyl, installed wrong parts, lost OEM parts, failed to install parts... The list is long. Every corner that could be cut, was cut. Every detail that could be left off the list, was left off the list. Worst part? Zero communication and they left every flaw for me to find. Do not take a vehicle you love to this shop. Horrible horrible experience that leaves me sick to my stomach. The quality of work is keeping my car in the garage, it's too embarrassing to take her anywhere in this condition.

I would not trust my car with any other shop! I went on the SOS customz website and found a lot of impressive pictures of work that had been done so I figured I'd check them out. I went in and got a quick and very reasonable quote, and within one week my car was done! I had some interor work done and my bumper and paint repaired. The work done was very professional and the staff were so friendly!

Horrible, I recommend to stay away from this place. Cheap materials used and very poor workmanship. I had a company car repaired here due to a time crunch and it was just a nightmare.
