I just bought my daughter a used car and the he car just didn't feel right so I took the car to Accurate Alignment to have it checked out. They put the car on the lift and found the problem almost immediately. Apparently the previous owners had to have the car towed and the tow truck driver hooked up to the rear lower control arms and bent the arms taking the rear tires way out of alignment causing the drivability issue. In no time they had the parts for the car located and ordered but unfortunately the car had to stay overnight, so I was offered a drive home so I didn't have to wait for a ride. The next day after work I picked up the car and WALA it drove great which in return regained my confidence that my daughter was driving a safe car.
I will without hesitation recommend this place to anyone looking for a honest family business who provide service with integrity, pride along with very reasonable pricing.

The staff at Accurate Alignments are the best. They truly understand and embrace the lost art of customer service. I have a 350z that was having alignment issues (beyond the normal ones that Z's have, that is) and was getting feathering one tire significantly more than the other. Brooke was able to fit me in and get my car on the lift with minimal wait and with no appointment. The techs checked my car and showed me my where the issue was likely coming from (a barely noticeable bent arm) and provided cost effective recommendations. I was able to make an appoint for future service, which they completed that same day. They even stayed late on a Friday to allow me to pick up my car even after it was my fault for missing their call in the afternoon letting me know the car was ready. I didn't even have to ask for the old parts, they were right there ready for me if I wanted them, something I've not experienced from a auto shop in a while.
If I could give more stars, I would.

So happy my brother sent me here for my alignment issues! I had a major problem and they fixed as best as they could so I could drive my car, 3 days later I came back when the parts were all in and it was done in less than 4 hours! Customer service Brooke was amazing and her husband are great. What an awesome team they make! I will def be back as well as tell everyone I know about this place!!!! Thanks again!

I was referred to this shop by a friend. Good thing because there are not many places in North County that I trust to work on my vehicles. I can really appreciate the attention to detail that James put into my car, as he also discovered a discrepancy on my previous suspension setup. Those looking to get their lowered, high priced rides done correctly, by someone who "REALLY knows" how to tune suspension (due to his off road experience) this is the location to seek out! Lowered ramps and all, to accommodate all types. Thanks again!

I just want to go and saying that this is by far the best alignment shop I've ever been to everybody there was super nice . James who worked on my car was a professional and he treated my car like it was his, very clean work. I have a lowered infinity and I have been turned away from many shops in the past for having it too low but they work on lowered cars quite often so they said my car wouldn't be a problem. very happy with the results. If you want your alignment done right come to these guys.

I grew-up working on cars and not only interview the "prospective" mechanic but price out the work to be sure it's fair and appropriate. Once I discovered Brooke and James (owners)...I have NEVER looked back. Talk about professional and knowledgeable.....it goes without saying this is the place everyone should go if they want quality service and honesty. I am always concerned when I bring a car in for service. I have dealt with enough mechanics over the years to have cause to be worried. Dropped off my 2012 VW because it was making a noise. Before I left James had it on the rack and was looking at it. They called me a few hours later and said it was done. Just a bolt that somehow came loose. I asked ho much? Brooke said James said don't worry about it. I tried to pay anyway but they would not take it, said it was just a simple loose bolt and there was no charge.
This is so rare in this world in general but unheard of in car repair. They have won me over for life. I will be going to James for all my needs. In fact already dropped off the 2006 Tacoma and I can feel good about just saying do what needs to be done.

Came back today to have them see if they could tweak my caster. They spent over an hour trying to pull this and that and eventually got me all into the green. Super thankful as my car doesn't pull to the right anymore. Great place highly recommend them, they really care about their customers!

I was in need of an alignment as well as professional installation for my sport brake kit. I found Accurate Alignments on yelp and took my 2002 WRX in for service. There was zero hassle about installing my Stoptech aftermarket slotted rotors, steel brake lines, and new pads that I had purchased from my normal vendor. I thought I would use their little waiting room with WiFi to get some work done but instead I ended up talking to their super friendly staff and going over my car with the mechanic while he was completing the job. I actually learned a lot and he was very knowledgeable and happy to talk shop. He pointed out that one of my tie rods was about to go bad and I would have to replace that soon. Upon replacing that I would need another alignment. I know cars pretty well and he was spot on with his diagnosis so we held off on the alignment for now pending the new tie rod installation. Its been about a week since installation of the brakes and everything is working great and looks to be done perfectly. I will be going back for a full tie rod swap and alignment soon.
I personally look for two things in a shop: Honesty and top quality work. I found both those elements at Accurate Alignments. Here you get the benefit of a high tech shop with the heart and soul of a family owned business. In the end, I felt that the price that I paid for this level of service was absolutely fair and would recommend them to friends, family, and fellow yelpers.

Only place I bring my car for alignments. Even though I've moved from north country to central SD I make the trip up for their service. They always find a way to squeeze me into their schedule and have even stayed late to get me aligned when my FRS was un-drivable after a suspension upgrade.

Pleasure to work with. I had an extremely lowered car and was turned away from multiple alignment shops. These guys took me in no problem and even built custom ramps so that I could get on the alignment rack without having to take off my front lip or bumper.
Even with all that trouble, they still got me a more than fair price and just like the sign says, the alignment was accurate.
I will be referring my friends here and if you have a lowered car I highly recommend this place.

This is the first business I've dealt with that made me want to sign up for a Yelp account and write a review! I've used Yelp in the past for recommendations, but I was never inspired to sign up until I went to Accurate Alignments. As other reviews have stated, owner James and his wife Brooke are wonderful folks.
I originally chose this shop because of reviews, and the fact that James has specially made ramps for lowered cars! I have had 4 alignments, and James is extremely thorough, meticulous, interested in doing a good job for you, and proud of his work & shop. He is so helpful, he even went in on Thanksgiving to work on a car for someone in town for a short stay!
Not only does he do alignments (his specialty), but he does regular auto repair work as well. I would highly recommend you talk to James first before you have any auto work performed! My next job will be a supercharger pulley swap.

These guys are excellent! I had coilovers installed by them a couple weeks back and heard some creaking noises so I took it in to get looked at today. Turned out the coilovers were flawlessly installed and my exhaust was shifting around, which they fixed for no charge! I plan to take my car here for all of its future alignments due to how great my experience with these people has been

Such a great place to get your car aligned! The person who worked on my 2011 Subaru STi was very knowledgable and helpful on what setup I should be running for the track. The people here are friendly and I'm glad I found this place, they don't try to rip you off and they help you out in anyway they can! I had the pleasure of getting an alignment for my 2011 135i from James at accurate alignments. All of the yelp reviews helped in my decision to try accurate alignments and I would like to share my experience to help the next person.
My suspension is not extremely modified, but I am lowered with camber adjustments front and rear. James is a car guy and has taken the time to build ramps in order for cars with lowered suspension to safely get on his alignment rack. Most importantly, James took his time and the alignment turned out exactly how I wanted it. Great customer service and quality work. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will refer my family and friends to accurate alignments.

What can I say but honest and reliable. I have been using these guys since moving down here to Carlsbad. Originally partial owners of D&J Auto Doctors, hence the J... I followed the owner James and Brooke to their new location and business. If your looking for honest and reliable mechanics this is the place. Brooke is nothing but nice and is so helpful in understanding and explaining the price before work begins. And her husband James is a master mechanic that always steers you in the right direction. They are never pushy and always taking the extra step to make sure the job us done right. James even explained to me the crazy noise I wish would go away on my Explorer is a timing belt. Dreadful when he explained Ford and their brillant design team put the timing belt towards the rear of the engine and only way to fix it is removing the engine. He did mention a quick fix to prolong the repair and I am headed to order that quick fix this weekend. Then while servicing my Accord noticed the last place in OC, remains nameless, hadn't correctly inatalled my struts, bummer. He adjusted them and advised me to call them up and the warranty should cover the issue. Awesome... Thanks for looking out for the little guy.
These guys are top notch and extremely happy with their work and price.
I had written this review awhile back but it's on another page. Crazy. :) these are good people

I made a call this am to get an appointment for front end alignment on my Camry. They got me in the next hr. directions were correct, no signs out but they park a truck with their banner on it. That helped. I was greeted immediately with smiles and a hello. The ladies filled out my paperwork and gave me an estimate and took my car right in. Waiting area small but quiet, the mechanic called me in to explain what he was doing and what he thought might be going on, had me take pic of the computer display and schooled me on what was going on right front tire out of alignment. Fixed the problem showed with computer screen corrected alignment. Paid the estimate all seemed right. I have no Idea how long I was there, under an hour, I was chatting with the ladies up front and laughing time went by quickly. Very pleasant morning.

I brought in both my BMW track car that I had installed a new Ground Control suspension in and then the GMC Dually that we use to tow it. No issues in either case. Accurate alignments is a fantastic place. I took my M3 here and was referred by Oceanside Motorsports because their alignment machine was broken. They took care of my car promptly as soon as I arrived and even invited me to get underneath and do my own check up with a light while waiting. James, the tech, spoke to me several times about his recommendations for camber angle. Again, great place. Next time i need an alignment I'll be coming here.
