The name is actually Auto Xpert. Took me a second to find out where it was between the Redox name and the 714 repair name. PLEASE, Yelp, change it to make the reviews more reliable!
My car stopped, got it towed and took it to this nearby shop. Although they were about to close, the diagnosis was inexpensive and they are open Sunday, A HUGE PLUS! I'll be expecting a call tomorrow and will update this post once I hear the news. (Car randomly started once I got there, go figure.)

714 is no longer in business. The company that took it over does not honor the Yelp deals, do not buy them. The new business is called Auto Xpert Services & I do recommend it.

I've been taking my car here forever! Great service and best prices in orange county thus far. anything from simple tire rotation to complex engine rebuilding their mechanics are the ones that you can trust!

A few days ago my car started vibrating while idling. I was concerned since it has never been anything but a smooth ride. I gave The 714 auto repair a call this morning and they told me to come on over.
They were able to see me immediately without an appointment, they fixed the problem quickly, were professional, and the fix was inexpensive. It was the most painless auto repair experience I have ever had.
I'm so glad I gave this place a try. I will definitely be going back for all future car needs! Why are you still reading reviews? Go call them!

I like to support local business so when I found a coupon for these guys online I thought I would give them a call. They said they would honor the coupon and to come over. It's a little far from me (11 miles ) but the price was right so I went over. When I arrived they refused to honor the coupon and told me they would not be able to work on my vehicle. Love the bait and switch.

Initially I was very satisfied with Jose's service. He performed a simple oil change on my Honda Ridgeline and I was on my way. He's always courteous and his pricing is ok. Later the same night for the first time since owning the car (4 years) I heard something rattling in the engine compartment. It went away, came back, and went away again after about 15 minutes. I've never had any problems with this truck whatsoever. The next day I heard the same noise and realized it was the engine fans. During my lunch I took it to 714 Auto Repair for Jose to look at the problem, he stated my fan needs to be replaced, although the fans simply looked like they were somehow loosened. I explained to him that before he worked on the truck I've never had any problems, then the same day he works on it the rattling starts, that's disturbing. He insisted he changed the oil and had nothing to do with the fan, and replacing the fan is my problem. I was completely blindsided by that since he seemed so honest and sincere, I was sorely disappointed. I wouldn't have any of my vehicles serviced by 714 Auto Repair and I would not recommend anyone to them either.

I took my Jeep in to have muff...

I took my Jeep in to have mufflers put on and I could not have been happier with the work and price. The Techs also pointed out an oil leak which I took three bays down to another business in the complex and was treated awesome there as well. This location has a separate tire store, a car stereo shop, tune up shop and I have now patronized all the shops! I have nothing but good things to say about the business at this location.

I usually have the worst experience at shops like these because they treat me like I don't know my own car. Lucky for me, I encountered this shop and it was the one that gave me the best price for my cat-converter on my VW beetle. They offered me a 5 year warranty on parts! The staff was so nice and I felt welcomed. I will recommend this location to my friends!

The best muffler shop in Anaheim with low prices. So I took my challenger to this shop they offer me the best deal on exhaust system. It took them only one hour to get it done I was watching the whole process how they remove it, measured every inch on the exhaust to make it fit, and installed ONLY ONE HOUR. I would recommend this shop to everyone if you want clean job done on your car. My chally sounds wayyyy better than stock. I loved it

Last time I came here I wanted to buy a 40 series. And ask them how much it would be, I don't exactly remember the price but it was expensive af, they said "ill charge you blah blah becuase I have to cut and remove the old muffler and install the new" I was like "but thats your job tho to REMOVE AND INSTALL MUFFLER" hate this place
