VERY dissatisfied with their service!! We purchased 2 tires for my sons car. Less than 2 months later his tire developed a bubble on the outside wall. Steve Pridgen refused to stand behind his product and blamed it on road conditions. Even though the tire had been seen by two other tire professionals and they determined it to be a defective tire. When the tire was replaced at Firestone you can CLEARLY see the defect on the inside of the tire. WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

The tires on my car kept losing pressure. We called Saturday (during the winter storm) and they had the tires I wanted first thing Monday morning! My husband even had a set put on his truck the same day. Awesome, friendly customer service. They definitely have our business.

I had some car trouble while driving on 95 from Florida to DC and stopped at Pridgen for some panicked help. The guys were very nice and looked at my car right away. I have a VW Jetta and it turned out that I needed transmission fluid, an insanely frustrating thing to need when you own a Jetta. The shop didn't have the equipment needed to do a transmission fluid change on my car but they did the research for me and told me other companies that could help. Since it was a Saturday afternoon and I needed to get to DC, the mechanic, George, test drove the car and made sure I would be safe to get home. I would recommend Pridgen Tire & Auto to anyone in Rocky Mount or any concerned 95 driver.

My family and I were staying over in Rocky Mount on our way for a 2 week vacation in Myrtle Beach when my GMC Acadia had a problem with its air conditioning. The next morning I got there when they opened Saturday morning and they diagnosed the problem, got the parts needed and got us on our way to MB in no time. They were lifesavers. I highly recommend Pridgen tire and auto to anybody in the Rocky Mount area. Thank you guys!!! Chris

Our truck broke down 5 miles from the Rocky Mount exit late last night. I was unable to get anyone from the nearby dealership to return my call. AAA towed me to Pridgen Auto. They were backed up, but found the time to look at the truck and repaired it in a timely manner so we could get back on the road. Great, friendly service!

These guys were fantastic! We pulled in with our horse trailer fully loaded after blowing out a tire on 95 and they helped us right away and got us back on our way! Everyone was unbelievably nice and even checked out the rest of our trailer to make sure we were good to go! I would highly suggest then anytime!

We had a quote on my daughter's vehicle from a repair facility in Chapel Hill for $2195. I had her bring the car home so that I could have Pridgen Tire and Auto Center do the repairs. Their final bill was $741. We have been using them for years for all four of our vehicles and have always been pleased with the service and trustworthiness of the shop!
