I do not do reviews unless I am totally impressed and I am with JB. Finding an auto repair shop you can trust is near impossible but after 40 years of driving and dealing with numerous repair shops, I feel I found one and JB is it. You want to talk to Ryan von Steinen - he will listen, advise and take care of your vehicle. I know enough about cars to tell whether I am being taken for a ride ... Thank you for taking care of my vehicle JB. Honest and courteous and knowledgeable. They will remember your name and address your concerns.

What a waste of time. I had an appointment today with Ryan to give me an estimate on repairing a noise coming from the rear of my classic 84 w123. I told him what I suspected it was and he asked that I bring it in. Over the phone he quoted me $49 bucks to put it on the lift and provide the estimate. I said fine. When I arrived I had him ride with me to hear the noise, only for him try to discourage me from getting the repair. He said "its going to cost money to get this fixed, I said, Im aware of that Ryan. He stated "what is your plan with the car? because this will cost at least $1000.00. I replied- I want my car fixed! Mind you, he is not a service tech and he never put the car on a lift- so he basically just wasted my time. Do not go to these idiots they may have been in business a while but its gone completely to their heads as they know nothing about customer service. Maybe he pre-judged me and thought I could not afford the repair- either way he wasted my time and I still don't have a proper estimate!

Great service!!! Ryan, the service manager, has always gone above and beyond to give me HONEST and insightful feedback on getting my imports in top shape the few times I've brought them here. There's cheaper shops in Tampa Bay, but it's well worth the money for the peace of mind knowing I can trust the work that's been done on my car. I'll never go anywhere else again. Thanks guys!!

I first came into JB Import with a tire issue, which they don't work on, but gave me a great recommendation for service that was close by. Once my BMW was ready for service I was sure to bring it back to them as both the Owner - Mike and the Manager - Ryan were very courteous when recommending a tire shop and explaining the services they offered. My service appointment was simply, which is what I want. Quick, prompt service with an update from Ryan about what my car needed, and when it would be available to pickup. I got my car back washed and my issue repaired, I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon this place.

I found JB Import via a recommended by users list on a Mercedes forum and I first went there about two years ago. First thing I noticed was the variety of cars in the shop, from Toyotas to some that I knew to be complicated, like Citroens and Rolls Royces. That reassured me of their competence, but the Rolls and Bentleys scared me about costs. Actually they are reasonably priced, especially compared to a dealer or some independents. AND - they know what they're doing and are honest.
