My wife and I have used Bill's Automotive for nearly ten years now, and not one time have we wished we'd taken our vehicle somewhere else. Bill and his team are easy to work with. Professional, friendly, flexible, and fair. By far the best auto shop in Northwest Arkansas.

Bill's Automotive is where I'll be taking my cars to from now on.

I took my car here to have the head gasket looked at, and was pretty pleased with the service. The Mechanic (Chuck, I think) who took care of my car was nice and explained everything to me, even taking the time to show me where the leaks…

So at the beginning of this "adventure" with getting my vehicle fixed I raved about Bill's Automotive in Bentonville. I have to say I WAS SO WRONG!!!!! These people had NO IDEA what they were doing and proceeded to cause us two weeks of suffering while they tried to figure out what was wrong with my car. I wanted so badly to believe that they were good people, they had been good to me once before, but I guess wanting to believe doesn't make something true. They were so nice!!!!! But after replacing the master cylinder TWICE, they still couldn't figure it out. AND they told me that I had two busted motor mounts, which I found out later wasn't true!!! They cost us all of our savings and more if you include all the cab rides and the car rentals, and didn't fix our car. Simple as that.

I've taken 4 or 5 vehicles here over the years, and never had any complaints. Most importantly I've never had that 'I just got ripped off' feeling that you normally have after you get your car worked on. Good people
