They are awesome, and did a great job to make sure my car ran and looked like it did when I first drove it off the lot brand new. It did take longer then they said originally but it was worth the wait! Chuck, Isabella and Chris legitimately care about there clients. The day me and my husband went to get my car there phone system was down so I couldn't pay with my credit card but Chuck had tried to get me in a rental at hertz I think and Isabella drove me and my husband there and the lady at hertz was VERY rude and said that I would need a credit card and they require a 50 dollar hold well I couldn't afford it and walked back to the shop Chuck had Isabella drive us back there and try to get the rental car again they wouldn't let us so Isabella drove me and my husband to culvers so our friend could give us a ride home and the next morning Isabella came to pick me up the following morning around 7 am so I could get my car. There reliable and care for there clients I recommend this place to get your car fixed it was one of the best experiences!

Chuck and the staff at West Coast Collision are top notch. I basically walked in for an estimate on a fender bender which caused a tail light issue and some scratches. They did an on the spot quote, I called them a few days later to have the work done and it was in and out in no time. If you are looking for an ethical, professional and very personable auto body shop in Cape Coral, FL that knows their craft better than anyone else in the business, look no further, this is the place to go. They keep you informed throughout the entire repair process, even when dealing with insurance companies. If you're getting work done and paying out of pocket, I'd shop around a little as they are expensive compared to other mechanics, but again they do a thorough job based on insurance adjuster assignment. Just be sure all repairs needed after an accident are properly addressed/assessed.

I had a door handle pop off my car and Chuck & his team were quick to estimate and do a temporary replacement until the piece came in and were able to actually fix it. Amazing team Chuck has there! Great People & Wonderful Work & Fair Prices.
