My first experience with MBH, Sam, was last year while visiting VA and decided to see if they could take out a dent on our 1999 ML430 Benz. Sam quoted us a great price and offered to do the job the same day. We left our car and walked back to our hotel. When we came back we were impressed with the work and decided to have him do a diagnostic check (I think - I am not a mechanic by trade so do forgive me for not using the correct vernacular here.) Sam spoke to us that we needed to get our spark plugs changed, though that would take a more time. We agreed to the work and left back to NY quite pleased with the workmanship.
Fast forward to the present time. I reached out to Sam to see if had a tailgate door and fender we needed replaced due to rust. Sam came back with an amazing price on the parts. Initially we thought about to have the parts shipped but the expense would wash out any discount we were getting - so we made plans for another vacation week in VA. We made our appointment and dropped off the car as scheduled. The work was done as scheduled and as agreed to as far as price is concerned. Of course we then needed a windshield fluid reservoir -which we knew about and Sam did not bat an eye and quickly searched and ordered the part we needed. Turns out the version my Benz uses is no longer available and a universal one was sent. Sam explained to us that he would look to see what he had in-house as he preferred we have the same model and did find the right one for our car. He also was kind and took on the work to find us a replacement right side side mirror.
All in all, Sam took the time to explain in great detail the work that needed to be done and also appears to inspect the work his team completes. Sam genuiely cares about your car and does not take lightly to inexperienced mechanics doing work on Benzs - and we do appreciate that.
If you own a Benz and need work and/or maintenance definitely call Sam or Danielle and make your appointment. Your car will receive top of the line mechanical work from a very knowledgeable team. I just wish he were in New York and not Virginia.

I have been going to this place for years. This is probably one of the only places that still gives personalized customer service.
The owner Sam is really knowledgeable and is an expert when it comes to cars, especially Mercedes-Benz! I bought my car from him and also go there for service.
It's also cheaper than going to Phillip's and other service centers in the area, so I highly recommend it.

Excellent, quality service with very competitive pricing and the best customer service ive ever had when it comes to automotive repair. Owner is a very knowledgeable and straight forward person. I suggest going here for any repair or preventative maintenance.

I didn't even get service from here but the mechanic or whoever he was that was telling me information was rude as hell. He kept cutting me off over the phone. He was talking to me as if I didn't know anything about vehicles. I know some but not everything(hence I was seeking for service). I asked serval times the estimated cost of a specific part, if they had it in stock and the estimated labor. Never answered it on the first phone call. He said he'll call me back. Took him 2 days. Honestly it doesn't take that Damn long. Anyway. Called again. Rude again. Asked for the cost of the part and labor. He said the part was $1,002 and I could do it myself. Really? The point of me asking YOU FOR LABOR COSTS IS FOR YOU TO DO IT! won't be hearing from me again.

Clearly offers the best sales and service in this area. Customer service is beyond approach. MBH have maintained my three auto for years and I would not consider any other dealership for sales or service. I have purchased four Mercedes Benz from MBH with 100% satisfaction. I feel very fortunate that I have such a professional group to maintain my cars. Thanks MBH.

Knowledgeable and professional staff. Great customer service. Convenient location in Virginia Beach and a pleasant atmosphere. Personal service from the manager / owner. Who provides the knowledge needed to service cars already owned and a large selection of cars for purchase as well. I'm a lifetime customer and the next time I'm ready for a new Mercedes this is where I will shop.

We have a Mercedes C-280 and have had it maintained regularly since we have owned it. We recently moved to Virginia Beach and were looking for an "Autohaus" to continue are regular maintenance and service and for any other maintenance that may arise. We feel very fortunate to have found MBH of Virginia to service our automobile. We have found that our car is typically serviced on the same day and for more extensive service Mr. Ahmadi' s service technicians have met their estimated completion time to our satisfaction. We have seen many loyal customer come in to the shop for service. We will continue to bring our car in for service. We are very pleased.
