My car was badly damaged from being rear ended a little over a month. The shop did an excellent job in getting back to new condition and the customer service was responsive to keep me updated as the work progressed. The turn around time was definitely impressive.

Chris will take care of your car the right way. His garage is well maintained and clean, and has all the necessary equipment to get your car back to like it's previous condition. He sometimes works with his dad who is very experienced and skilled.

Been here for many different reasons when it came to my vehicles. From oil changes to getting my bumper repaired. They have always been fast and friendly and fair. This place is pretty secluded but worth it.

Chicago auto was supposed to replace my bumper when I had my car accident. We thought they did when we got our car back. When I was washing my car, I realized that they NEVER replaced it, instead, used some cheap glue to cover the incident site n painted over. I even took the car to another bodyshop, NoPe, they never replaced it. Hope Chicago Auto Collision in Suwanee will not RIP off anymore people. So sad!!!!
