Live down the street and always bring my car and / or other company vehicles to get serviced at this location. Prices are super reasonable, they're always able to take my car on short notice and service is fast and efficient. Not to mention, George is the man... always super friendly, remembers my face and quick to diagnose and fix my car issues.

Right on the corner this place offers:
quick convenient store
gasoline
auto repairs
auto inspections
The staff is friendly, quick and helpful. We've gotten an oil change and inspection here, grabbed a paper and filled up the tank.
The loop around can be tricky with this place being on the corner and not a lot of space to get around.

I recently went to Framingham Gulf Auto Service on to get an inspection sticker on my car. Before I went my windshield was dirty therefore I used my windshield wipers in which they worked perfectly until the driver side wiper was sabotaged at the Framingham Gulf in order to force me to purchase a wiper from here because obviously the franchise does not make much money off the inspection stickers. However, I declined to purchase one from your franchise simply because they can not be trusted. Unfortunately they do not have any values such as Corporate Social Responsibility for their customers, luckily for them gasoline, oil, and inspection stickers are a necessity and I will not be able to convince a lot of people to boycott Gulf Oil in general. Yet, I can voice my opinion about this specific shop and I hope people choose to bring their car's anywhere but here.

This was my last experience at this gas station 2 years ago on a Saturday night:
I was waiting for my turn at the pump and when my turn came, I pulled up and picked up the gas pump, but it wasn't working. Another customer was having the same problem at the same time. I went up to the cashier to ask for assistance and he told me they were closed. It was 8:48pm, and the sign said they close at 10pm! I don't know how they could have been Open 2 minutes before, and Closed now. I began arguing with the cashier, because I was really low on gas and I wasn't even sure if I could make it to the next station, and he just kept holding his hands up and saying they were closed. He didn't speak much English, so we were having a hard time communicating. I (and the other customer) were getting pretty upset - the whole thing made no sense! Finally the cashier calls his boss, and when he got off the phone he changed his story to "we're out of gas." I guess that guy really wanted to go home early.
WTF!
I've been boycotting them ever since.

I never use to get any services or auto body work done at gas stations. I've always thought mechanic shops and specialty auto shops were the better option, but ever since I moved to Framingham I have been coming to Gulf for my oil changes and inspections. They are extremely proactive in checking the fluids of my car, the battery and anything else that may need to be inspected since I do have an older car. I really appreciate them being that thorough. The service has always been quick and very friendly. George, the owner, takes good care of the cars and takes the time to build relationships with the customers. Recently, I had a loud noise coming from my engine so I took it to Gulf. Despite being extremely busy, George took a look and realized I needed a lot of work.. the tension pulley, the belt and water pump needed replacement. It was late in the afternoon and I needed my car in the morning so I was contemplating getting the work done over the weekend. However, George offered to stay late and came in early the next morning to complete the work. I greatly appreciate that and feel much safer now with my car. I highly recommend that you go to Framingham Gulf for great service on your car.
