Dropped my car off, told them I got it read at auto-zone and it said it was my O2 sensor, I called ahead and they said they'd get it looked at that day,which is the only reason i went there, normally i go to reades who i love, but they were so busy.I called and they hadn't so after 3 days I picked up my car and they said they had a chance to look and they "found out" it was my O2 sensor (which I already knew) but they didn't have time to look into it. ridiculous

Great and honest service. I called looking to get a quote for a transmission rebuild. The owner took a couple of minutes to ask me a couple of questions regarding the issue. He told me it might not need a full rebuild. I was a bit skeptical, but I brought it in. To my delight and surprise, a woman called me to tell me my vehicle was ready and done. Only two days later. WOW!!! And it was less than $200. Awesome. They have without a doubt earned my trust and all my future business. Thank you.

These guys are awesome! Got a quote over the phone. Dropped my car off a day early using their key lockbox. Was ready the next with a thorough transmission flush and an oil change. Ended up being cheaper than the quote which was already at a good price! Definitely will be returning for future work!

I also had a horrible experience with Benton transmission. I actually caught one of their mechanics lying to me. I was pretending like I didn't know anything about engines and he tried taking advantage of that. I will say my truck does drive good and in the end they did a good job, but I had to take it to them twice. Also, the mechanic lied to me and tried to charge me for things that didn't need to be fixed. I will never take another vehicle here. There's nothing worse than a mechanics that lies and tries to take advantage of people.

We had to have a sudden repair done right after the Christmas holidays. From the moment that I walked through the doors I was treated with care and respect. I priced another repair shop just to make sure that I was getting a fair price (because I know nothing about how much these things should cost) and not only did Benton Transmission price under the other shop by $350, but they also talked with me about all of my concerns. I found this to be a family owned an operated business that I love! I have found my new peace of mind vehicle repair shop!

I had a terrible experience with Benton Transmission and do not recommend them for any automotive services. I brought my truck there to have the rear differential replaced. It took them four weeks to finally find and install a rear end axle assembly. The next day after getting my truck back, the rear axle developed an oil leak. They told me the axle seals were defective and they wanted around $250 to fix it. How can you sell and install a defective axle and expect the customer to pay more to fix it? The rear bumper on my truck was also damaged while in their possession and they denied it. Go somewhere else if you need automotive services.

update - more work done. I could have done this job myself but my carport floor is getting too hard for my old bones! Benton T. quoted me a good price and stuck to it! Excellent work. btw - both my reviews concern non-transmission work. I have had some minor tranny jobs done here and always pleased as well. These guys do it all!
