I've never been so impressed with a mechanic! We knew we had holes in our exhaust system, but Reed Muffler only replaced what was needed. It was done in one day, and he even showed me everything he did, why he did it, and what he'd recommend down the line if we decided to keep the truck for many years. He took me under a similar vehicle and explained why he he did what he did, how our system was different, and what we could change if we chose. He didn't try to push anything on me, and he certainly could've told me I needed to fix things that didn't need to be! He was honest, quick, and reasonably priced. As a woman, I've never been taken so seriously by a mechanic! I know just enough to know better on some things, but am willing and able to learn more. He never once made me feel that I didn't have every right to know about my exhaust system! Amazing!

No better way to describe Blake, his service, and general overall attitude and workmanship than simply by saying, AWESOME!!! I went to make a performance mod to my exhaust and went to a different local muffler shop and got an extremely high bid, a bad attitude, and an overall unwelcome feeling. I had Reed Muffler replace the catalytic converter on my Envoy and they where very proffesional, the work was done very gast. I was very impressed with the overall professionalism and cleanliness of the shop. Most garages are pig pens and you get dirty just sitting in the waiting area. I highly recommend them and Reed Muffler WILL be the only place for any exhaust work done on my vehicles.

Blake stands behind his work, talks to you like a professional, and delivers exactly what he promises. Great business from a good guy. Keep your money local and keep this shop thriving. I'll be back many many times with my other hot rods. I left that shop smiling and a very happy satisfied customer. Thanks Blake for making my V8 sound like a proper V8 should!!!

A little bit difficult to find, but well worth searching out. Installed a Flowmaster knock-off muffler on my '93 GMC Sierra a couple years ago and have had no problems since. Muffler sounds great (makes my little 350 V8 sound like a big block), and my truck's performance and gas mileage have increased as well. Highly recommended!
